Reasonsleadingtothissituation.Firstofall，alargenumberofstudentsdidnotlearnEnglishinprimacyschoolsbecausemanyremoteprimacyschoolscantprovideEnglishteachingforstudents.Iwasverysurprisedtofindthatevenwhenstudentscanstudythissubjectinsomeprimacyschools，theteachersthinktheothersubjects，Chineseandmath，aremoreimportantthanEnglish.Secondly，manystudentsdidntreceivegoodenlighteneducationfromtheirfamilieswhentheywerechildren.ManystudentsworkhardtostudyEnglishinmiddleschools，buttheycantlearnefficiently.Thirdly，thererenotenoughprofessionalEnglishteachershere.Additionally，Englishasaforeignlanguageisnoteasytolearn.AnotherimportantreasonisthatmanychildreninYanjinareleft-behindchildren.TheirparentsleavethemathomelivingwiththeirgrandparentsandgoouttoworkineastChinatoearnmoneyfortheirfamiliesbecauseitisveryhardforthemtoearnenoughmoneyintheirhometown.Left-behindchildrencantgetenoughlovefromtheirfamilyandtheycanttakegoodcareofthemselves.Finally，wemusttakeitintoaccountthatinthisverypoorarea，forsomereasonsitsverycommonforparentstogetadivorce.Thisisreallypainfulforthechildren.Childrenfromdivorcedfamiliesarenotsoconfidentandtheyalsohaveothermentalproblems.Asaresult，itsveryhardforteacherstodisciplinetheminschools.Theydontfocusontheirstudyandtheydontwanttofollowtheinstructionsfromtheirteachers.Soasyoucansee，therearesomanyreasons，historically，economicallyandsocially.Nowitstimeforustothinkofefficientwaysforagoodchange.
