“嘗試錯誤”教學(xué)法在外科護(hù)理學(xué)技能學(xué)習(xí)中的應(yīng)用

Abstract:
Surgicalnursingisaspecializedfieldofnursingthatrequiresspecificknowledgeandskillstoprovideoptimalcaretopatientsundergoingsurgicalprocedures.The"trialanderror"teachingmethodisoneapproachthatcanbeusedtofacilitatethelearningoftheseessentialskills.Thepurposeofthispaperistoexploretheeffectivenessofthe"trialanderror"teachingmethodinsurgicalnursingeducationandtoprovidepracticalrecommendationsforimplementingthisapproachintheclassroomandclinicalsetting.
Introduction:
Surgicalnursingisavitalareawithinthehealthcaresystem.Itrequiresadvancedknowledgeandskillstoensurepatientsafetyandoptimaloutcomesduringsurgicalprocedures.Duringthetrainingofsurgicalnurses,theacquisitionoftechnicalskillsisaprimaryfocus.Oneapproachthathasbeenproposedtofacilitatethelearningoftheseskillsisthe"trialanderror"teachingmethod.Thismethodisbasedontheprincipleoflearningthroughexperienceandfeedback.Theaimofthispaperistoexaminetheeffectivenessofthe"trialanderror"teachingmethodanditsapplicationinsurgicalnursingeducation.
Background:
The"trialanderror"teachingmethodhasitsrootsinbehaviorism,apsychologicaltheorythatemphasizeslearningthroughtheconsequencesofone'sactions.Ineducationalpsychology,thisapproachisknownas"problem-solvinglearning."Studentsaregivenataskorproblemtosolveandmustfindasolutionthroughatrial-and-errorprocess.Eachattemptprovidesfeedbacktothelearner,allowingthemtoadjusttheirperformanceandeventuallysucceedinfindingthecorrectsolution.
