景寧縣七里水電站更新改造工程初步設(shè)計(jì)第1章浙江宏昌水利設(shè)計(jì)有限公司PAGE601、綜合說明1.1概況七里水電站座落于小溪支流七里坑上,位于景寧縣城西南40km。該電站于上世紀(jì)80年代建成發(fā)電。原裝機(jī)容量為125kw。因年代已久,機(jī)組設(shè)備嚴(yán)重老化,出力不足,幾乎報(bào)廢,且當(dāng)年生產(chǎn)力水平低下,水能未能得到充分合理的開發(fā)。通過本次增容改造,充分利用水能,淘汰更換陳舊老化的機(jī)電設(shè)備,將蘊(yùn)藏的電能充分合理的開發(fā)。1.2自然條件設(shè)計(jì)流域?qū)賮啛釒Ъ撅L(fēng)區(qū)。冬季,多晴朗寒冷天氣。春季,南北氣流交替加劇,低氣壓及鋒面活動(dòng)頻繁,天氣陰晴不定,常有瀝漣春雨。初夏,由于北方冷空氣與南來的暖濕氣流相遇交綏,鋒面往往在本省滯留,形成連綿不斷的大面積“梅雨”天氣。盛夏時(shí),在副熱帶高壓控制下,天氣晴熱少雨,降水以雷陣雨為主,若遭遇熱帶風(fēng)暴或臺(tái)風(fēng)的侵襲,形成較大暴雨。流域內(nèi)其多年平均氣溫為14℃,極端最高氣溫36.1℃,極端最低氣溫本區(qū)域系構(gòu)造剝蝕中山區(qū),由第四系松散覆蓋層和侏羅系地層組成,巖性以熔結(jié)凝灰?guī)r為主,區(qū)內(nèi)地質(zhì)構(gòu)造不甚復(fù)雜,小型斷裂構(gòu)造和節(jié)理裂隙較為發(fā)育。本區(qū)域地震裂度為Ⅵ度。廠址及壓力管線地質(zhì)條件都較好,無影響工程建設(shè)的不利地質(zhì)。1.3工程任務(wù)和規(guī)模(1)、工程任務(wù)本樞紐工程范圍以及下游無重要的防洪保護(hù)對(duì)象,興利用水量也很少,本工程的任務(wù)是發(fā)電。(2)、工程規(guī)模本站裝機(jī)640千瓦,多年平均發(fā)電量80.91萬kwh。1.4工程布置及建筑物(1)、工程等級(jí) )參數(shù)區(qū)劃圖》(GB18306-2001),設(shè)防水準(zhǔn)為50年超越概率10%的地震動(dòng)參數(shù)為:地震動(dòng)峰值加速度為0.05g(對(duì)應(yīng)地震基本烈度為Ⅵ度);地震動(dòng)反應(yīng)譜特征周期為0.35s(按2區(qū)中硬場(chǎng)地考慮)。3.2廠址及壓力管線地質(zhì)廠址位于七里電站座落的河流七里坑出口附近,位于溪流右岸,該處地面高程230m左右,且地勢(shì)平緩,有省道通至。廠址處第四系覆蓋層不厚,約達(dá)1~2m。從周圍裸露的基巖呈現(xiàn),下伏巖體為侏羅系巖層,巖體堅(jiān)
