ofConstruction-"NoticeonPrintingandDistributingtheDevelopmentandRevisionPlan(phase2)of

NationalEngineeringConstructionStandardsin2006",thiscodeisjointlydevelopedbytheAudio

EngineeringSocietyofChina(AESC),GuangzhouDSPPAAudioCo.,Ltd.(DSPPA),andother

organizationsconcerned.

Inthedevelopmentprocessofthiscode,theworkingteamadoptedadvancedtechnologiesand

experienceofChinaandabroad,madeargumentationsandexperimentalverificationsoftherelevant

technologiesandindexes,andcollectedopinionsfromrelevantexpertsthroughoutthecountrybefore

finalizingthiscode.

(s)within10s.

2Basedontheenvironmentalnoiseonsite,theSNRofemergencybroadcastshallbenoless

than12dB.

EmergencybroadcastsystemequipmentshallbeinDFSstateorbewiththefunctionsofscheduled

self-testandautomaticfaultwarning.

Emergencybroadcastsystemshallbeequippedwithastandbypowersupply.Theswitching

timebetweentheprimarypowersupplyandstandbypowersupplyshallnotbemorethan1s.The

standbypowersupplyshallbeabletosustainemergencybroadcastforover20min.Ifbatteryisused

asthestandbypowersupply,thesystemshallbeequippedwithautomaticrechargingdevice.
