Itistheprocesstoadjustthepositionandstateofequipmentandpartstoensurethe
conformancetotherequirementsofdesignandthiscode.

Themethodfordeterminingthemanufacture,assemblyandinstallationqualityofpartsby
applyingorpastingcoloredmaterialsoncontactsurfacesofmechanicalpartsandcheckingthe
contactcondition.

Designdocumentsanddrawingsshallbeavailableforconstructionandself-examination,
jointexaminationandtechnicalinterpretationofdesignintentionshallbedownfordrawings.
Installationofequipmentshallmeettherequirementsofdesigndocuments.
3.0.2
Technicaldocumentssuchastheconstructionorganizationdesignshallbepreparedfor
mineralprocessingequipmentinstallationengineering.
3.0.3
Withoutthedesignchangenoticeorsignedtechnicalcertificatefromdesignorganization,
constructiondrawingsshallnotbemodified.
3.0.4
Themeasuringinstrumentsusedforqualityinspectionshallhaveproductcertificatesand
usedintheirperiodofvalidity.
3.0.5
Weldingprocedurequalificationshallbeprovidedpriortoweldingworkandwelding
procedurespecificationsshallbemadeaccordingtoaqualifiedweldingprocedurequalificationreport.
3.0.6
Theconstructionroadatthemechanicalequipmentinstallationsiteshallbeclear;water,
electricity,airandotherresourcesforconstructionshallbeavailable.

Thequalityofequipmentfoundationshallmeetrelevantrequirementsofcurrentnational
CodeforConstructionQualityAcceptanceofConcreteStructureEngineering
standardGB50204
andacceptancematerialandrecordsshallbeprovided.
3.0.8
Themineralprocessingequipmentinstallationengineeringshallbecarriedoutaccordingto
therequiredprocedures,andhandoverinspectionshallbemadebetweendifferentdisciplinesand
recordsshallbemade.Self-inspection,specialinspection,andjointinspectionshallbecarriedoutfor
eachprocessaftercompletionandrecordsshallbemade.Itisnotallowedtoproceedwiththenext
oneuntilpreviousprocesshasbeeninspectedtobequalified.
3.0.9
Concealedpartsinconcealedworksshallbereportedforinspectionaftertheyhavebeen
self-inspected.Thenextprocessshallnotbecarriedoutbeforetheyarequalified.
3.0.10
Specialschemesshallbemadeforconstructioninwinterandrainyperiods.
3.0.11
Testrunofequipmentshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:
1
Testrunschemeshallbepreparedbeforetestrun;
2
Warninglinesandsignsshallbesetupintestrunarea;
3
Thesafety人人文庫deviceofequipmentshallbecompleteandworkreliably;
4
Hydraulic,lubricationandcoolingwatersystemshalloperatenormally;
5
Eachrotatingpartshallbeoperatingsmoothlywithoutabnormalsoundandfastenersshall
notbeloose;

Thetemperatureriseandmaxtemperatureoftheslidingbearingshallnotexceed35℃and
70℃respectivelyandthatoftherollingbearingshallnotexceed40℃and80℃respectively;

Eachrotatingpartshallberunningnormallyandthetestrunshallnotbelessthan2hafter
thebearingtemperatureisstable;

Aftertheno-loadtestrun,connectingboltsshallbecheckedforloosening,andifthebolts
areloose,tightenthem.

4.1GeneralRequirement
4.1.1
Thischapterisapplicabletotheinstallationoffoundation,anchorboltandbaseplateof
mineralprocessingequipment.
4.1.2
Settlementobservationshallbecarriedoutforthefoundationofthemainmineral
processingmachineaccordingtothedesignrequirementsandrecordsshallbemade.
4.2EquipmentFoundation
4.2.1
Beforetheinstallationofequipment,foundationacceptanceinspectionshallbemade,and
onlyafterthefoundationisqualifiedcanequipmentbeinstalled.
4.2.2
Theappearanceofequipmentfoundationshallbeinspectedandoildirt,waterandother
contaminationsonitssurfaceandintheholesreservedforanchorboltsshallberemoved
thoroughly;threadsandnutsofburiedanchorboltsshallbekeptingoodcondition.
4.2.3
Actualmeasurementinspectionshallbecarriedoutforequipm專用entfoundationandthecenter
line,elevation,dimension,locationsofanchorboltsandreservedopeningsshallbeinaccordance
withrequirementsofthedesigndocumentsandthestipulationsofcurrentnationalstandard
CodeforConstructionQualityAcceptanceofConcreteStructureEngineering
GB50204.
4.2.4
Thereshallbemeasuringdataforfoundationandthedatashallbehandedover.
4.2.5
Thelayoutdrawingforcenterlineandelevationbenchmarkshallbemade,andthecentral
standardplateandelevationbenchmarkshallbesetup.Thepermanentcentralstandardplateand
elevationbenchmarkshallbeembeddedforthemainequipmentandcontinuousproduction
equipment.
4.3AnchorBolts
4.3.1
Thespecificationsandfasteningforceofanchorboltsshallbeinaccordancewithdesign
requirements.
4.3.2
Oildirtandoxide-scaleonanchorboltsshallberemoved,andaproperamountofgrease
shallbeappliedtothreads.
4.3.3
Theancho人人文庫rboltshallbescrewedintothereservedholevertically,andanypartofitshall
beatleast15mmawayfromthewalloftheholeandtheboltshallnottouchthebottomofthehole.
4.4BasePlate
4.4.1
Thesetting,sizeandinstallationaccuracyofequipmentbaseplateshallmeetthe
requirementsofdesigndocumentsand,ifnodesignrequirementsavailable,theyshallmeetrelevant
GeneralCodeforConstructionandAcceptance
requirementsofcurrentnationalstandardGB50231
ofMechanicalEquipmentInstallationEngineering
.
4.4.2
Whenthebaseplateisinstalledusingthebed-mortarmethod,thestrengthofbed-mortar
concreteafter48hshallreachthedesignstrengthofthefoundationconcrete.Thebed-mortarblock

strengthtestreportshallbecheckedbatchbybatch.
4.4.3
Ifthegrindingmethodisused,thelaitancecoatingonthesurfacewherethebaseplateis
installedshallberemovedthoroughly,andthepartwherethebaseplateislaidshallbeprocessed
untilthebaseplatemeetsthelevelnessrequirementsandevenlycontactwiththefoundation.
4.4.4
Whereflatbaseplateandinclinedbaseplaceformabaseplategroup,theinclinedbase
plateshallbeplacedontheflatbaseplatetobeusedinpair.Eachgroupshouldnotconsistofmore
than5plates.
4.4.5
Aftertreatmentofbaseplates,thecontactbetweenbaseplatesandbetweenbaseplateand
equipmentbaseshallbegood.Checkedwithafeelergauge,thelocalclearanceshallnotbemore
than0.1mm,andcontactareashallnotbebiggerthan70%.

Thischapterisapplicabletoequipmentandmaterialapproach.

Thecontractorshallprepareaschemeofequipmentandmaterialapproachandorganizethe
equipmentandmaterialapproachorderly.
5.2Equipment
5.2.1
Open-caseinspectionofequipmentafterarrivingattheprojectsiteshallbeinaccordance
withthefollowingrequirements:

Open-caseinspectionshallbecarriedoutbypeoplefromtheownerorgeneralcontractor,
supervisor,equipmentmanufacturerandcontractor,hand-overproceduresshallbegonethrough
andrecordsshallbemade;

Thespecification,modelandquantityofequipmentshallbecheckedinaccordancewiththe
designdocumentsandpackinglist;

Thesurfaceofequipmentshallbefreefromflawdamageandrust

Equipmentshallhavequalitycertificateandimportedequipmentshallhavecommodity

Electricaldevices,instrumentsandotherdevicescomingwiththeequipmentshallbe
handedovertocorrespondingdiscipline-specificorganizationsformanagement;

Specialtoolsforinstallationshallbehandedovertotheownerinaccordancewiththe
inventoryafteruse;
4
Sparepartsshallbehandedoverintime.
5.2.3
Whenhandlingandliftingtheequipment,theliftingpointshallbethepositionmarkedon
theequipmentorpackingcase,andprotectivemeasuresshallbetakentoavoidanydamagetothe

Receivinginspectionofmaterialshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:

Qualitycertificatesofmaterialsshallbechecked,themodel,specification,quantityand
performanceofmaterialsshallbeinaccordancewithrequirementsofdesigndocumentsandrecords
shallbemade;

Recheckshallbemadeaccordingtoprovisionsifrequiredbydesigndocuments.

Unqualifiedmaterialsshallnotbeusedandshallbemarkedandstoredintheunqualified
productarea.

6.1GeneralRequirement
6.1.1
Thischapterisapplicabletotheinstallationofcrushing,grindingandsievingequipment.
6.1.2
Theassemblyofpartsreferredtointhischaptershallmeetrelevantrequirementsof

ConstructionandAcceptanceofMechanicalEquipmentInstallationEngineering

6.2.1
Theassemblyofbaseshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:

Positioningpinsbetweenjunctionsurfacesshallbeallinstalled.Thetighteningtorqueof
theboltsconnectingjunctionsurfacesshallmeettherequirementsofequipmenttechnical
documents.Thetighteningordershallbesymmetricandtheforceappliedshallbeeven;

Themaximumallowabledeviationforlongitudinalandhorizontalcenterlinesshallbe
3.0mm;

Theallowabledeviationforelevationshallbe±5.0mm;

Forscrapingofmainbearingbush,thefittingofbearingbushandshaftdiametershallbein
accordancewiththefollowingrequirements:
