本文件規(guī)定了基樁自平衡法靜載試驗用荷載箱(以下簡稱荷載箱)的結(jié)構(gòu)、工作介質(zhì)、技術(shù)要求、試驗方法、檢驗規(guī)則等要求,描述了符號、分類、銘牌、包裝、運輸、儲存等內(nèi)容。本文件適用于基樁自平衡法靜載試驗用荷載箱的設(shè)計、開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和測試。2

技術(shù)要求8.1 外觀8.1.1 產(chǎn)品表面應(yīng)整潔,無鐵屑、浮銹、油污。8.1.2液壓缸表面(包括焊接處)不應(yīng)有裂紋。DB43/T

2763—8.1.3 上、下連接板切割面應(yīng)平滑、邊角打磨無毛刺、飛邊,鉆孔后應(yīng)倒角或打磨孔口無銳角。8.1.4 荷載箱附件焊接處焊縫應(yīng)均勻飽滿、連續(xù)、無氣孔夾渣、無漏焊和缺焊。8.1.5 液壓軟管連接應(yīng)有護套封閉保護,保護套采用點焊焊接牢固,無松動。8.2 材料8.2.1荷載箱總成連接螺栓均采用強度等級不低于
