如一些表示轉(zhuǎn)折的連詞,but,however,yet,though,nevertheless等,另外還有一些表示并列關(guān)系的連詞如and,also,aswellas,neither…nor…,either…or…,notonly…butalso…,ononehand…ontheotherhand等。 (2014年全國卷II)TipsforcookingonaTightScheduleFrommyexperience,therearethreemainreasonswhypeopledon’tcookmoreoften:ability,moneyandtime.16MoneyisatopicI’llsaveforanotherday.SotodayIwanttogiveyousomewisdomabouthowtomakethemostofthetimeyouspendinthekitchen.Herearethreetipsforgreatcookingonatightschedule:1.Thinkahead.ThemomentswhenIthinkcookingisapainarewhenI’malreadyhungryandthereisnothingreadytoeat.Sothinkaheadofthecomingweek.Whenwillyouhavetimetocook?Doyouhavetherightmaterialsready?172.Makeyourtimeworthit.Whenyoudofindtimetocookameal,makethemostofitandsaveyourselftimelateron.Areyoumakingoneloafofbread?18ittakesaroundthesameamountoftimetomakemoreofsomething.Sosaveyourselftheeffortforafuturemeal.3.19Thismaysurpriseyou,butoneofthebesttoolsformakingcookingworthyourtimeisexperimentation.Itgivesyouthechancetohituponnewideasandrecipesthatcanworkwellwithyourappetiteandschedule.Themoreyoulearnandthemoreyoutry,themoreabilityyouhavetotakecontrolofyourfoodandyourschedule.Hopefullythatgivesyouagoodstart.20anddon’tletabusyschedulediscourageyoufrommakingsomegreatchangesinthewayyoueatandlive!A.Trynewthings.B.Abilityiseasilyimproved.C.Makethreeorfourinstead.D.Understandyourfoodbetter.E.Cookingisaburdenformanypeople.F.Letcookingandlivingsimplybeajoyratherthanaburden.G.Alittletimeplanningaheadcansavealotofworklateron. So,Idecidedtotrymyhandatonlineauction(拍賣).Buyingforbeginners:Signuponwww,ebay.co.uk.Mostitems(e.g.tables,computers,andbooks)readyforauctionwillcomewithapictureandashortdescription;othersmaybemarkedwith“buyitnow”andhaveafixedprice.2Iftheitemisbeingauctioned,youofferthehighestpriceyouarepreparedtopayandeBaybids(出價)foryou.Thebidwillbeincreasedlittlebylittleuntilitgoesbeyondyourhighestbid,thenyouareemailedandaskedifyouwouldliketobidagain.Auctionlastupto10daysandwhentheyfinishyougetanemailtellingyouwhetheryouhavewontheitem.3Sellersdecidehowtheywouldliketobepaidandyouneedtocheckthisbeforeplacingabidasyoumightnotwanttopostachequeorpostalorders.TheeasiestwayisthroughPayPal,anonlinepaymentsystemthattakesthemoneyawayfromyourcreditcard.Sellingmadesimple:ifyouplantoselloneBay,ithelpstoincludeapictureoftheitem.Ifollowedmyfriends’adviceandputuptheitemsIwantedtosellfora10-dayauction,startingonaThursday.4Thebigthingsinlife:it’seasytopostasmallitem,butfurnitureisabigpartofeBayandthishastobecollectedorsentbydeliverymen.5A.HowtopayB.Payexactmoneybeforebuying.C.Youcanbuytheserightaway.D.Makesureoftheitemyouwanttobuy.E.Everyoneisatit,evenmyneighbors.F.Checkthewaysofthedeliverybeforeyoubid.G.Thiswaybuyershadtwoweekendstobid.專練二HowtoCalmYourTeen'sNervesbeforeanExamStressisafeelingofphysical,mentalofemotionalstrainoftensionwhichdisturbsorinterfereswithnormalphysiologicalbalance.Stresscanbeoverwhelmingforanyone,butitcanbeespeciallydifficultforateenthathasnotyetdevelopedeffectivecopingskills.Amajorsourceofteenstressisschoolexams,andtestanxietyisnotuncommon.So,howcanparentshelptheirteenstaycalmbeforeanexam?Recognizewhenyourteenisunderstress.Teenscanfeelanimmensepressuretodowellonexams.Forsometeens,justtheideaoftakingthetestcanbringthemintoapanic(恐慌).1Emotionalsymptomsinclude:excessiveofuncon
