總General1230MW500kV升壓站自ThisTechnicalSpecificationisapplicabletotheprocurementof500kVswitchyardautomationsystemfor1230MWCCPPHaveliBahadurShahPakistan;andstipulatesthetechnicalrequirementsotheequipmentitselfanditsaccessories,includingbutnotlimitedtotechnicalparameters,functionaldesign,structure,performance,installationand供方保證提供符合本技術(shù)協(xié)議書、EPC合同及有關(guān)最新工業(yè)標準以及有關(guān)安全、環(huán)TheBidInviterpreparedthisTechnicalSpecificationbasedonrequirementsofEPCcontract.Noprovisionsonalldetailsandreferenceofrelatedstandardsandnormsareincludedinthisspecificationexceptthemostbasictechnicalrequirements.ThepurchasershallguaranteetoprovideproductsincompliancewiththisTechnicalSpecification,EPCcontract,latestindustrialstandardsandrelevantcompulsorystandardsonsafety,environmentalprotection,ThepurchasershallimplementtheentirestandardslistedinthisTechnicalSpecification.Intheeventofcontradictionsbetweenallrelatedrequirements,higherstandardsshallbeapplied.ShouldthisTechnicalSpecificationbeinconflictwithEPCcontract,EPCcontractshallThepurchasershallfurnishalistofstandardsfordesign,manufacture,assembly,installation,commissioning,pilotrun,acceptance,operationandmaintenanceofcontractequipmenttotheBidInviterforconfirmationwhenbidding.WithinonemonthaftersigningoftheAgreement,thepurchasershallfurnishtheexpressionsbeneficialtotheBidInvitershallUnlessotherwiseacceptedbytheBidInviter,theequipment,materialsandcomponentsprovidedbypurchasershallnotcontainanyharmfulsubstance.Thepurchasershallfurnishthedesign,equipmentmaterials,randomdataaswellasotheremailsandinformationsenttoprojectdepartmentandOwnerinbilingualversion.Intheeventofambiguity,expressionsbeneficialtotheBidInvitershallprevailonthebasistechnicalrequirementsSuppliedproductsshallentirelymeettherequirementsofthisTechnicalSpecificationandthescopeofsupply.AftersigningoftheContract,theBidInviterstillretainstherighttorequiresupplementsandmodificationstothisTechnicalSpecificationbasedonEPCcontract,andthepurchasershallactivelycooperatewiththeBidKKS編碼系統(tǒng)，供方提供的技術(shù)資料（包括圖紙）ThisprojectadoptstheKKScodingsystem,andthetechnicaldata(includingandequipmentlogoprovidedbythepurchasermustbeattachedwithKKScodeinaccordancewiththespecificidentificationrequirementsofthepurchaser.Thepurchaserisfullyliablefortheequipmentsupplied(includingtheauxiliarysystemandequipment),includingproductsfromsubcontractor(orprocurement).ThepurchasershallobtainpriorconsentoftheBidInviterontechnologyrequirementstosubtractor(orpurchaser),andsubmittheBidInvitertheTechnicalSpecificationforreview,whichdoesnotexemptthepurchaserfromresponsibility.Thetechnologycontractofout-sourcedpartsshallbesubmittedtotheBidInviterforAfterthetechnicalspecificationissigned,thepurchasershallfurnishdesignmaterials(includingtechnicaldatasheets,drawings)inEnglishversion,andcooperatewiththeBidInvitertoobtainAfterthetechnicalspecificationissigned,thepurchasershallfurnishdesignmaterials(includingtechnicaldatasheets,drawings)inEnglishversion,andcooperatewiththeBidInvitertoobtainconfirmationofthismaterialfromtheOwner.AftertheOwnerconfirmedthedesigndrawings,anymodificationontheTechnicalSpecificationshallbenegotiatedbetweentwoparties.AnyrequirementchangenecessaryforthesafeandreliableoperationoftheequipmentsystemshallbeprovidedbythepurchaserwithoutAftertheAgreementissigned,anychangetothisSpecificationshallberequestedinwrittenformbythepartyapplyingforchange.OnthepremiseoffulfillingtherequirementsofEPCcontract,mutualnegotiationandagreementmustbeachievedbeforeimplementationofthe1.13協(xié)議簽訂后，合同范圍內(nèi)采購的設(shè)備，在本工程范圍所需的專用工具、備品備件，AftertheAgreementissigned,anyequipmentprocuredwithinthescopeofcontract,specialtools,sparepartsrequiredinthescopeoftheproject,shallbeprovidedbytheBidInviter,duringtheperiodofpilotrun,operationandmaintenance,andequipmentlifecommittedbypurchaser.TheBidInviterprohibitsanydirectsupplytoathirdpartybythepurchaser,andisentitledtoclaimandtakefurthermeasurestowardsanyviolationofthis1.14協(xié)議簽訂后，供方按要求提供圖紙資料供需方審核，審核不免除供方應負的責任。AftertheAgreementissigned,thepurchasershallfurnishdrawingstotheBidInviterforreviewaccordingtotherequirement,whichwillnotexemptthepurchaserfromliability.AnyunconformityordiscrepancyofdrawingswithtechnicalagreementshallbelistedseparatelyfortheBidInviter’sreview.AnyissueshallbesettledthroughnegotiationofbothTherequirementsandscopeofsupplymentionedinthisspecificationaretherequirements,withoutprovisionsonalltechnicaldetails,norsufficientlydescribedprovisionsontherelevantstandardsandspecifications.Thepurchasershallensuretoprovidehighqualityproductsandcorrespondingservicesofcompletefunctionincompliancewiththisspecificationandindustrystandard.IntheeventofconflictwiththeOwner’stechnicalprovidehighqualityproductsandcorrespondingservicesofcompletefunctionincompliancewiththisspecificationandindustrystandard.IntheeventofconflictwiththeOwner’stechnicalrequirements,theexpressionbeneficialtotheBidInvitershallThesoftwareandproductsutilizedinthisprojectshallbegenuine,withthecorrespondingcreditcertification;otherwisethepurchasershallb
