commercetransactionhasincreasedgreatlywithinpastdecadeyears.
Almostallkindsofindustriesarecloselyconnectedwithelectronic
commerce.However,everythinghastwosides.
Ononehand,boomingelectroniccommerceisthefastestwaysofar
tomaketransactionsacrossfardistance.Itmakesitpossibleto
dobusinessathome,whichsavestimeandunnecessaryformalities(不
必要的手續(xù)).Thatswhye-commerceispreferabletotraditional
commerce.(優(yōu)勢)Ontheotherhand,thereexistmanyproblems
either.Itishardtocontrolthevirtualbusiness.False,deceptive
informatinisgrowingamonge-commerce.Withoutmanagement,losses
areliabletohappeneverytime.Soweshouldholdstrongrisk
awarenesstoprotectourselvesone-commerce.(問題)

significantofElectronicBusinessinChina.However,fewpeople
gotoshoppingonlineintenyearsago.withthedevelopmentof
internetintheworld,TheInternethascreatedaneweconomic
ecosystem,thee-commercemarketplace,andithasbecomethevirtual
mainstreetoftheworld.Providingaquickandconvenientwayof
exchanginggoodsandservices,e-commercehasboomed.A
Ascanbeseenfromthechartthatmoneyvalueofannualglobal
electronictransactionsisincreasinggraduallyinthesevenyears.
In1997,themoneyvalueofglobalelectroniccommercetransactions
is$2.6billion,whilethenumberreaches$1000billion,500times
thatof1997.whyiselectroniccommerceboomingnowadays?
Severalfactorscontributetothisphenomenon.First,the
availabilityofcomputeristheforemostcause.Therapid
developmentofcomputertechnologyenableseverybodytohaveaccess
tocomputerandInternet.Second,thetechnologyofInternetis
becomingmoreandmoremature(成熟).People,whoatfirstdonot
trustbusinesstransactionsonInternet,nowbecomeconvinced(深
信)thatdoingbusinessonInternetisveryconvenientandeffective.
Thirdly,electroniccommerceisthefastestwaysofartomake
transactionsacrossfardistance.Itmakesitpossibletodo
businessathomeanditsavestimeandunnecessaryformalitiesas
well.Thatiswhyelectroniccommerceispreferabletothe
prosperityofworldeconomy.Thetrendtowardsapromising
e-commerceisinevitable.Thereforeletsgetpreparedtoembrace
thisirretrievabletrend

timesthatof1997.whyiselectroniccommerceboomingnowadays?
從圖表可以看出,在這七年內(nèi)每年全球電子交易貨幣價值逐漸增加。
1997年,全球電子商務(wù)交易貨幣價值是26億美元,然而這個數(shù)字達到1
萬億美元時是1997年的500倍。為什么現(xiàn)在電子商務(wù)如此的蓬勃發(fā)展?
Severalfactorscontributetothisphenomenon.First,the
availabilityofcomputeristheforemostcause.Therapid
developmentofcomputertechnologyenableseverybodytohaveaccess
tocomputerandInternet.Internetnownomoreastrangertocommon
people.Second,thetechnologyofInternetisbecomingmoreandmore
mature.People,whoatfirstdonottrustbusinesstransactionson
Internet,nowbecomeconvincedthatdoingbusinessonInternetis
veryconvenientandeffective.Thirdly,electroniccommerceisthe
fastestwaysofartomaketransactionsacrossfardistance.Itmakes
itpossibletodobusinessathomeanditsavestimeandunnecessary
formalitiesaswell.Thatiswhyelectroniccommerceispreferable
totheprosperityofworldeconomyanditalsogivebirthtoSOHO,
aspecialgroupofpeopleworkingathome.Thetrendtowardsa
promisinge-commerceisinevitable.Thereforeletsgetpreparedto
embracethisirretrievabletrend.
有幾個因素導(dǎo)致了這種現(xiàn)象。首先,計算機的可用性是最重要的原因。
計算機技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展讓大家都可以接觸到計算機和因特網(wǎng)。對于普通人
家,計算機現(xiàn)在已不再陌生。第二,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)也越來越成熟了。人們起初
不相信在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上進行商業(yè)交易,而現(xiàn)在卻開始相信在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上做生意是
非常方便和有效的。第三,電子商務(wù)是迄今為止最快的方式來完成遠距離
的交易。它使人們可以在家里做生意、節(jié)省時間和不必要的手續(xù)。這就是
為什么電子商務(wù)非常適合繁榮的世界經(jīng)濟,而且它還使SOHO誕生了,使
得一群特殊的人在家里工作。一個有前途的電子商務(wù)的趨勢是不可避免
的。因此讓我們準(zhǔn)備接受這勢不可擋的趨勢。

technologyisnowengagedinvariousbusinessactivitiesinaway.
Essenceofe-commerceshouldbeacompletenetworkofbusiness
operationandmanagementofinformationsystems.Specifically,it
istouseexistingcomputerhardware,softwareandnetwork
infrastructure設(shè)施,throughsomeoftheprotocoltoconnectupthe
electronicnetworkenvironmentvariousbusinesssactivities.This
isamorestringentdefinition,inpopularparlancethate-commerce
generallyreferstousingtheInternetforbusinessactivitiesin
away,suchas:onlinemarketing,onlinecustomerservice,and
onlineadvertising,onlinesurvey.

services,transactionsandpayments.Themaincontentsinclude:
E-Tradead;electronicpurchasingandtrading,electronictrading
exchangecertificate;electronicpaymentandsettlementandthe
saleofonlineservices.Maintypesofenterprisesandindividuals
tradingtransactions(BtoCmode)andbusinesstransactionsbetween
(BtoBmode)two.Therearefourentitiesinvolvedinelectronic
commerce:customers(individualconsumersorenterprisegroups),
businesses(includingretailers,manufacturers,storageproviders),
banks(includingtheissuer,acquirer)andCertificationCenter.
ExplosivedevelopmentofInternetcommerceisthedirectproduct
ofthenewInternettechnologydevelopment.Internetitselfisopen,
global,low-cost,high-efficiencyfeatures,hasbecometheinherent
characteristicsofe-commerce,andsofarbeyonde-commerceasa
newformofthevalueoftrade,itwillnotonlychangeenterprises
ownproduction,operation,managementactivities,andwillaffect
allofsocietyseconomicperformanceandstructure.
1.E-commerceisthetraditionalbusinessprocesseselectronic
digitization,onehandinsteadofactualelectronflowlogistics,
areductioninmanpower,materialresources,reducethecost;the
otherhand,breakthroughtimeandspaceconstraints,making
transactionsinanytime,anyplace,therebygreatlyincreasing
efficiency.
2.E-commercehastheopennessandglobalfeaturesforenterprises
tocreatemoretradeopportunities.
3.E-commerceenablesbusinessestocostclosetoentertheglobal
electronicmarket,makingSMEsandlargeenterprisesmayhavethe
sameinformationresources,improvethecompetitivenessofSMEs.
4.E-commercehasredefinedthetraditionaldistributionmodel,
reduceintermediatelinks,makingproducersandconsumersdirectly
dealpossible,whichtosomeextent,changedthewaysocialand
economicoperation.
5.E-commerceontheonehandbreakingthebarriersoftimeand
space,ontheotherhand,provideawealthofinformationresources
forvarioussocio-economicelementsofreorganizationprovidesa
morelikely,thiswillaffectthesocialandeconomiclayoutand
structure.
E-commercereferstotheuseofsimple,fast,low-costelectronic
meansofcommunicationisnotnevermetbuyersandsellerstoconduct
variousbusinessactivities.
E-commercethroughavarietyofelectronicmeansofcommunication
tocomplete.Simple,suchasbyphoneorfaxyouawaytoconduct
businessactivitieswithcustomers,seemstobeknownase-commerce;
Butnowpeoplearemainlyofe-businessEDI(electronicdata
interchange)andtheINTERNETtocompleteof.Especiallywiththe
INTERNETtechnologiesbecomemoresophisticated,thereal
developmentofe-commercewillbebuiltontheINTERNETtechnology.
Therefore,thee-commercewasalsoreferredtoasIC(INTERNET
COMMERCE).
Fromtheperspectiveoftrade,e-commercecanbeachievedinmany
areas,thiscanalsoe-commerceisdividedintotwolevels,low
levelsofe-commercesuchase-Business,e-commerce,electronic
contracts;themostcompleteisThemostadvancede-commerceshould
becarriedoutusingINTENETnetworktoalltradingactivities,
namely,theInternetwillbeinformationflow,businessflow,
capitalflowand
