門禁工程師崗位職責(zé)

職位描述:

1.負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品的推廣及客戶關(guān)系的建立,積極搜集跟蹤市場(chǎng)、項(xiàng)目信息,完成銷售任務(wù);

2.配合客戶進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目跟蹤,完成項(xiàng)目招投標(biāo)及實(shí)施等相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù);

3.為客戶提供包括方案、圖紙、系統(tǒng)配置及系統(tǒng)演示等服務(wù),提供售前售后服務(wù);

4.開發(fā)新用戶,保持與現(xiàn)有客戶的暢通交流,向公司匯報(bào)工作進(jìn)度;

職位要求:

1.機(jī)電一體化、自動(dòng)控制、計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)大專以上學(xué)歷,具良好的計(jì)算機(jī)操作能力;

2.具安防產(chǎn)品、樓宇自控、系統(tǒng)集成、門禁一卡通等相關(guān)行業(yè)2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有較豐富的計(jì)算機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和控制技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),熟悉office,autocad等軟件操作;

3.有項(xiàng)目招投標(biāo)、方案編制、深化設(shè)計(jì)、繪圖的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),項(xiàng)目實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn);有產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn);

4.有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力及鉆研精神、善于不斷吸取新的知識(shí),動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng);

5.具備團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,良好的溝通能力;

物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品(如智能門鎖、門禁)銷售經(jīng)理1、負(fù)責(zé)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品(如智能門鎖、智能水表、電表、門禁等)在長(zhǎng)租公寓行業(yè)的銷售;

2、收集一線營(yíng)銷信息和用戶意見(jiàn),對(duì)公司營(yíng)銷策略、廣告、售后服務(wù)、產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)等提出參考意見(jiàn);

3、認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行公司銷售管理規(guī)定和實(shí)施細(xì)則,努力提高自身業(yè)務(wù)水平;

4、填寫有關(guān)銷售表格,提交銷售分析和總結(jié)報(bào)告;

3、以往工作經(jīng)歷中有較好的業(yè)績(jī)記錄,有成功銷售案例及獨(dú)立開拓市場(chǎng)能力,良好的職業(yè)心態(tài);

4、熱愛(ài)銷售事業(yè),有激情,吃苦耐勞,愿意腳踏實(shí)地在行業(yè)成長(zhǎng)發(fā)展;
