ecorditshotinsulationresistanceimmediately.Thevalueisnottobelessthan1MΩ.Andmeasuretherisingtemp.ofeverypartofthegenerator.負(fù)荷試驗時測量并記錄燃油、滑油、冷卻水的溫度及壓力,排氣溫度。發(fā)電機(jī)部分在試驗時測量并記錄電壓、電流、頻率、轉(zhuǎn)速等。負(fù)荷試驗后測量和記錄發(fā)電機(jī)的熱態(tài)絕緣電阻值應(yīng)不小于1兆歐,并測量發(fā)電機(jī)各部分的溫升。Duringthetest,thereshouldnotbeanyabnormalphenomenalikeknocking,hightemp.,lowpressureetc.Abnormaltemp.risingofmovingpartslikebearingsarenotallowed,either.負(fù)荷試驗時,機(jī)組運(yùn)行應(yīng)無敲擊,高溫低壓等異?，F(xiàn)象,各軸承等運(yùn)動部件應(yīng)無異常發(fā)熱現(xiàn)象。GeneratorStaticVoltageCharacteristicTest發(fā)電機(jī)靜態(tài)調(diào)壓特性試驗Aftersettingfrequency(speed&voltage)attheratedvalue(powerfactorkeepratedvalue0.8),changetheloadasfollows:100%→75%→50%→25%→0%→25%→50%→75%→100%.在設(shè)定頻率(速度和電壓)的額定值(功率因素保持為額定值0.8滯后),改變負(fù)荷如下:100%→75%→50%→25%→0%→25%→50%→75%→100%.Duringtheeachloadcondition,recordthevoltage,current&frequencyvalue.Thepermanentlyshouldbewithin±2.5%ofratedvoltage.在每一種負(fù)荷條件下,記錄電壓、電流、頻率的值。發(fā)電機(jī)的穩(wěn)態(tài)電壓調(diào)整率應(yīng)不超過額定電壓的±2.5%。EngineGoverningPerformanceTest柴油機(jī)調(diào)速特性試驗Instantandpermanentspeedvariationandvoltagevariationshallbemeasuredrespectivelybyrapidlychangingtheloadoftheengineasfollowingmethod.按照以下方法快速變化柴油機(jī)的負(fù)荷,依次測量和記錄瞬時和穩(wěn)定轉(zhuǎn)速變化、電壓變化.。Whentheenginerunningat100%ratedload,andwiththespeedandpowerfactoradjustedtoratedvalue,takeoffallloadsuddenly.Unloadedsuddenlyfrom100%to0%（100%→0%）,measureD/E’smomentaryspeedandsteadyspeed,restoringtime當(dāng)柴油機(jī)在100％額定負(fù)荷運(yùn)行時，轉(zhuǎn)速和功率因素調(diào)整在額定值,突然卸去全部負(fù)荷,負(fù)荷100％→0，記錄瞬時和穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)時電壓、頻率值、轉(zhuǎn)速和穩(wěn)定所需時間。Whensuddenlyappliedfrom0%to50%（0%→50%）,aftersteadycondition,ratedloadissuddenlyapplied,followedbytheremaining50%(0→50％→100％).當(dāng)空負(fù)荷狀態(tài)突加50%額定負(fù)荷,穩(wěn)定后又增加剩余50%額定負(fù)荷(0→50％→100％)。Measuremomentaryspeed,steadyspeedandrestoringtime.Abovetestsarecarriedoutonceeachrequirementasfollowing:記錄突加載荷時瞬時電壓、頻率、轉(zhuǎn)速值，穩(wěn)定后電壓、頻率、轉(zhuǎn)速值和穩(wěn)定所需時間。各機(jī)組分別試驗一次，要求如下：Max.permitmomentaryspeedrate≤10%，Momentaryspeedrate=最大允許瞬時調(diào)速率≤10％，瞬時調(diào)速率=n2-n1/n額PermitSteadyspeedrate≤5%，Steadyspeedrate=允許穩(wěn)定調(diào)速率≤5％，穩(wěn)定調(diào)速率=n3-n1/n額Steadytime≤5seconds(steadytimemeansthetimewhenthespeedreturnstotherangewithin1%offinalsteadyspeed.）穩(wěn)定時間≤5秒（穩(wěn)定時間為當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速恢復(fù)到轉(zhuǎn)速波動率為±1%范圍的時間）Note:n1:speedbeforevariation,r/minn2:max.(min.)speedaftervariation,r/minn3:steadyspeedaftervariation,r/min其中：n1：突變負(fù)荷前轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)/分n2：突變負(fù)荷后最大（或最?。┺D(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)/分n3：突變負(fù)荷后穩(wěn)定轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)/分Intransientconditions,thevoltagemayneitherfallbelow85%norexceeds120%oftheratedvalueandmustregainitsratedvaluewiththerangeof±3%in1.5seconds.測量發(fā)電機(jī)在瞬態(tài)時的電壓以及回復(fù)時間，其電壓不應(yīng)低于額定值的85%或不超過額定值的120%電壓應(yīng)在1.5秒內(nèi)回復(fù)到額定電壓的±3%范圍內(nèi)。EngineParallelingTest柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組的并聯(lián)試驗ParallelingTest并聯(lián)試驗Loadtransferringtest負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)移試驗Parallelasecondgensettotheonealreadyrunningatratedloadandtransferstheload.Checkthereliabilityofparallelingandloadtransferringbetweenthearbitrarytwoofthethreegensets.將第二臺發(fā)電機(jī)并入已在額定負(fù)載下運(yùn)行的發(fā)電機(jī)并轉(zhuǎn)移負(fù)載。檢查三臺發(fā)電機(jī)中任意二臺發(fā)電機(jī)并聯(lián)和轉(zhuǎn)移負(fù)載的可靠性。Parallelingtest并聯(lián)運(yùn)行試驗Startingfrom75%ratedloadofthealternator,regulateitsfrequency(speed&voltage)atratedvalue.Inthreedifferentcombinationmanners,doparallelingtestontwogensetsrespectively.起始點為發(fā)電機(jī)組額定負(fù)荷的75%,頻率(轉(zhuǎn)速和電壓)調(diào)整在額定值。三臺發(fā)電機(jī)以3種不同的組合方式兩兩進(jìn)行并聯(lián)試驗。Testscheduleis(Powerfactorkeepratedvalue0.8):按下表進(jìn)行試驗(功率因素保持為額定值0.8滯后)：NO序號LOAD負(fù)荷OUTPUT(KW)功率DURATION時間(min)175%660(2sets)5～102100%880(2sets)5～10375%660(2sets)5～10450%440(2sets)5～10525%220(2sets)5～10650%440(2sets)5～10775%660(2sets)5～108100%880(2sets)5～10975%660(2sets)5～10Note：Doparallelizingtestonthreegeneratorsetsrespectivelyfunctionaltest，Onlychecktheloadtransferbetweenmaingeneratorsseearticle。注：三臺發(fā)電機(jī)進(jìn)行并聯(lián)運(yùn)行功能試驗,只檢驗發(fā)電機(jī)負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)移功能。Whentheloadchangingwithin25%～100%ofthetotalratedload,itsloadallocationshouldmeetdemandsasfollows:當(dāng)負(fù)載在總額定負(fù)載的25％～100％范圍內(nèi)變化時,其負(fù)載分配應(yīng)符合下述要求:Theactivepowerofeachmachinedoesnotdeviatefromitsproportionateshareofthetotalactivepowerbymorethan15%ofitsratedactivepower.各機(jī)組所承擔(dān)的有功負(fù)載與總負(fù)載按機(jī)組定額比例分配值之差應(yīng)不超過各個機(jī)組額定有功功率的15%。Thereactivepowerofeachmachinedoesnotdeviatefromitsproportionateshareofthetotalreactivepowerbymorethan10%ofitratedreactivepower.各機(jī)組所承擔(dān)的無功負(fù)載與總無功負(fù)載按機(jī)組定額比例分配值之差應(yīng)不超過各個機(jī)組額定無功功率的10%。Mainswitchboardtest主配電板Signsontheequipmentintheswitchboardetctobechecked.檢查配電板上各設(shè)備的標(biāo)識。Insulationcheck絕緣檢查Switchoffallexternalloadsandmeasureinsulationresistantofthemainswitchboard,itshouldbenotlessthan1MΩ.斷開所有外部負(fù)荷，測量主配電板的絕緣電阻,其值應(yīng)不小于1MΩ。Checkupinsulationofmonitoring-alarmcircuit（Usemultimeter）.檢查監(jiān)視報警電路的絕緣(使用萬用表)。Thereportofinsulationresistanceforpreliminarysectionshouldbesubmittedaftertestbutpriorvesseldelivery.絕緣測量報告應(yīng)在實驗完成后交船前提交。
