Subject:AgreementforCollectionofGoodsPayment

Dear[Recipient'sName],

Iamwritingtoproposeanagreementforthecollectionofgoodspayment.Asperourdiscussion,Iwillbeactingasacollectionagentonyourbehalftocollectpaymentsforthegoodssoldbyyou.

DetailsoftheAgreement:

1.ScopeofServices:

Iwillundertaketheresponsibilitytocollectthepaymentsfromyourcustomersforthegoodssoldbyyou.Thisincludesreceivingcash,checks,orelectronicpaymentsandensuringthatthefundsaresafelytransferredintoyourdesignatedaccount.

2.Compensation:

Inconsiderationformyservices,acommissionof[insertcommissionpercentageorflatfee]willbedeductedfromeachpaymentcollected.Paymentforthecollectedamount,afterdeductingthecommission,willbetransferredtoyourdesignatedaccountwithin[inserttimeframe,e.g.,3businessdays].

3.DeliveryofGoods:

Itisyourresponsibilitytodeliverthegoodstoyourcustomersinatimelymanner.Anydelaysorissuesinthedeliveryofgoodsshouldbecommunicatedtomeimmediatelytoavoidanypaymentcollectioncomplications.

4.Accountability:

Iwillmaintainproperrecordsofeverypaymentcollected,includingcustomerinformation,amountreceived,andpaymentmethod.Theserecordswillbemadeavailabletoyouuponrequestforyourreviewandreference.

5.LegalCompliance:

Bothpartiesagreetocomplywithallapplicablelawsandregulationsregardingthecollectionofpayments,includingbutnotlimitedtoprivacylaws,consumerprotectionlaws,andtaxlaws.

6.Termination:

Eitherpartymayterminatethisagreementbyprovidingwrittennoticetotheotherparty.Terminationwillbeeffective[insertnumberofdays,e.g.,15days]afterreceivingthenotice.

Pleasereviewthisagreementthoroughlyandsignbelowtoindicateyouracceptance.Thisagreementwillcomeintoeffectuponyoursignature.
