學(xué)和有效的參考。Theimpactofemergenciesonthementalhealthofthepopulationcannotbeignored,andpsychologicalcrisisinterventionisaneffectivewaytoalleviatethisimpact.However,therearestillsomeshortcomingsincurrentresearch,suchasthediversityofinterventionmethodsandtheevaluationcriteriaforinterventioneffects,whichstillneedfurtherexplorationandimprovement.Therefore,thisstudyaimstoprovidemorescientificandeffectivereferenceforfuturepsychologicalcrisisinterventionworkbyconductingpsychologicalcrisisinterventionresearchoncollegestudentsandmedicalstaffindesignatedhospitalsduringtheSARSepidemicperiod.三、研究方法Researchmethods本研究采用定量與定性相結(jié)合的研究方法,旨在全面、深入地探討SARS期間疫區(qū)高校學(xué)生和SARS定點(diǎn)醫(yī)院醫(yī)務(wù)人員在突發(fā)事件中的心理危機(jī)干預(yù)效果。Thisstudyadoptsacombinationofquantitativeandqualitativeresearchmethods,aimingtocomprehensivelyanddeeplyexplorethepsychologicalcrisisinterventioneffectsofcollegestudentsinepidemicareasandmedicalstaffindesignatedhospitalsduringSARSemergencies.本研究利用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法收集數(shù)據(jù)。針對(duì)高校學(xué)生和醫(yī)務(wù)人員,我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)了兩個(gè)不同的問(wèn)卷,分別評(píng)估他們?cè)赟ARS疫情爆發(fā)期間的心理健康狀況,包括焦慮、抑郁、壓力感知等方面。同時(shí),我們還在問(wèn)卷中設(shè)置了有關(guān)心理危機(jī)干預(yù)措施的問(wèn)題,以了解這些措施的實(shí)施情況和接受度。Thisstudycollecteddatausingaquestionnairesurveymethod.WedesignedtwodifferentquestionnairesforcollegestudentsandmedicalstafftoevaluatetheirmentalhealthstatusduringtheSARSoutbreak,includinganxiety,depression,andperceivedstress.Atthesametime,wealsoincludedquestionsaboutpsychologicalcrisisinterventionmeasuresinthequestionnairetounderstandtheimplementationandacceptanceofthesemeasures.為了確保問(wèn)卷的有效性和可靠性,我們?cè)谡秸{(diào)查前進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè)試,并根據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)試的結(jié)果對(duì)問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行了修改和完善。正式調(diào)查期間,我們通過(guò)在線和紙質(zhì)兩種方式發(fā)放問(wèn)卷,并設(shè)置了合理的激勵(lì)機(jī)制以提高問(wèn)卷的回收率。Inordertoensurethevalidityandreliabilityofthequestionnaire,weconductedapre-testbeforetheformalsurveyandmodifiedandimprovedthequestionnairebasedontheresultsofthepre-test.Duringtheformalinvestigationperiod,wedistributedquestionnairesthroughbothonlineandpapermethods,andsetupreasonableincentivemechanismstoimprovethequestionnaireresponserate.數(shù)據(jù)分析方面,我們采用了描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)、t檢驗(yàn)、方差分析等方法,以揭示不同群體在心理危機(jī)干預(yù)前后的心理健康狀況變化,以及心理危機(jī)干預(yù)措施的效果差異。Intermsofdataanalysis,weuseddescriptivestatistics,t-tests,analysisofvariance,andothermethodstorevealthechangesinmentalhealthstatusofdifferentgroupsbeforeandafterpsychologicalcrisisintervention,aswellasthedifferencesintheeffectivenessofpsychologicalcrisisinterventionmeasures.為了更深入地了解高校學(xué)生和醫(yī)務(wù)人員在SARS期間的心理體驗(yàn)和心理危機(jī)干預(yù)的具體效果,本研究還采用了定性研究方法。我們選擇了部分具有代表性的受訪者,進(jìn)行了深入的半結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談。訪談內(nèi)容包括他們?cè)赟ARS期間的心理狀態(tài)、對(duì)心理危機(jī)干預(yù)措施的感受和評(píng)價(jià)等。InordertogainadeeperunderstandingofthepsychologicalexperiencesofcollegestudentsandmedicalstaffduringSARSandthespecificeffectsofpsychologicalcrisisintervention,thisstudyalsoadoptedaqualitativeresearchmethod.Weselectedsomerepresentativeintervieweesandconductedin-depthsemi-structuredinterviews.TheinterviewcontentincludestheirpsychologicalstateduringSARS,theirfeelingsandevaluationsofpsychologicalcrisisinterventionmeasures,etc.訪談數(shù)據(jù)的分析采用了內(nèi)容分析法,我們對(duì)訪談內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了逐句編碼和歸類,以提取出受訪者對(duì)于心理危機(jī)干預(yù)措施的態(tài)度、看法和建議。我們還利用NVivo等質(zhì)性數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件對(duì)訪談數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了可視化處理,以便更直觀地展示研究結(jié)果。Theanalysisofinterviewdatawasconductedusingcontentanalysismethod.Wecodedandclassifiedtheinterviewcontentsentencebysentencetoextracttheattitudes,opinions,andsuggestionsoftherespondentstowardspsychologicalcrisisinterventionmeasures.WealsousedqualitativedataanalysissoftwaresuchasNVivotovisualizetheinterviewdata,inordertopresenttheresearchresultsmoreintuitively.本研究雖然在一定程度上揭示了SARS期間疫區(qū)高校學(xué)生和醫(yī)務(wù)人員的心理危機(jī)干預(yù)效果,但仍存在一些限制。樣本的代表性可能受到一定限制,由于資源和時(shí)間的限制,我們可能無(wú)法涵蓋所有地區(qū)和類型的高校和醫(yī)院。問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談的結(jié)果可能受到受訪者主觀感受的影響,存在一定的主觀性。AlthoughthisstudyhastosomeextentrevealedtheeffectivenessofpsychologicalcrisisinterventionforcollegestudentsandmedicalstaffinepidemicareasduringSARS,therearestillsomelimitations.Therepresentativenessofthesamplemaybelimited,andduetoresourceandtimeconstraints,wemaynotbeabletocoverallregionsandtypesofuniversitiesandhospitals.Theresultsofquestionnairesurveysandinterviewsmaybeinfluencedbythesubjectivefeelingsoftherespondents,andthereisacertaindegreeofsubjectivity.未來(lái)研究可以在以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行拓展:一是擴(kuò)大樣本范圍,提高研究的代表性;二是結(jié)合更多的研究方法,如觀察法、案例研究等,以獲取更全面、深入的研究結(jié)果;三是關(guān)注心理危機(jī)干預(yù)措施的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)效果,以評(píng)估其對(duì)于個(gè)體心理健康的長(zhǎng)期影響。還可以探討如何進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化心理危機(jī)干預(yù)措施,以更好地滿足高校學(xué)生和醫(yī)務(wù)人員在突發(fā)事件中的心理需求。Futureresearchcanbeexpandedinthefollowingareas:firstly,expandingthesamplerangeandimprovingtherepresentativenessoftheresearch;Secondly,combiningmoreresearchmethods,suchasobservationandcasestudies,toobtainmorecomprehensiveandin-depthresearchresults;Thethirdistofocusonthelong-termeffectsofpsychologicalcrisisinterventionmeasurestoevaluatetheirlong-termimpactonindividualmentalhealth.Furtherop
