水處理系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)課件UtilitiesFundamentalstraining公用工程分部分為水處理系統(tǒng)和空分空壓系統(tǒng)兩部分。其中,水處理系統(tǒng)包括:生產(chǎn)/消防給水系統(tǒng)、生活給水系統(tǒng)、循環(huán)冷卻水系統(tǒng)、污水處理及回用系統(tǒng)、全廠雨水收集監(jiān)控排放池和事故水池等;空分空壓系統(tǒng)包括空氣壓縮和空氣分離,主要為全廠提供合格的工廠空氣、儀表空氣、氮?dú)?。此外,全廠換熱站、制冷站、工藝及供熱管廊、地下管網(wǎng)、廠區(qū)道路、廠區(qū)主干道兩側(cè)排水溝等均為公用工程管轄范圍。各單元設(shè)備運(yùn)行采用DCS系統(tǒng)、PLC系統(tǒng)和現(xiàn)場就地控制相結(jié)合的方式。

前言Theutilitysectionismainlyforthewholeplanttoprovidewatertreatment,gastreatmentandmanagementofthewholeplantvarioussupplypipelinenetwork,including:circulatingcoolingwater,productionwater,domesticwater,firefightingwater,heattransferstations,compressedair,Air,high(low)pressurenitrogen,chilledwater,airconditioningwater,wastewatertreatment,rainmonitoringemissions.Utilityworkspositionsincludewatersupplyandfirewaterpressure,circulatingwater,lithiumbromiderefrigeration,airseparation&pressure,wastewatertreatment,wastegastreatmentandexternalpipenetwork(undergroundpipenetwork,piperack)andsoon.IntroductiontoUtilityDivisionTheoperationandmanagementofeachunitequipmentisacombinationofon-sitecontrolandDCSsystemcentralizedmonitoring.

一、給水系統(tǒng)二、循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)三、污水處理系統(tǒng)四、雨水監(jiān)控及事故水池五、換熱站、制冷站六、地上管廊及地下管網(wǎng)目錄

給水系統(tǒng)分為生產(chǎn)/消防給水和生活給水兩個單元。其中,生產(chǎn)/消防給水設(shè)置兩座10000m3水罐,生活給水設(shè)置兩座500m3水罐,水罐設(shè)置自動補(bǔ)水氣動閥,與液位聯(lián)鎖,會根據(jù)液位變化情況自動補(bǔ)水和停水,以滿足生產(chǎn)、消防、生活用水。1、生產(chǎn)給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)置6臺生產(chǎn)給水泵,供主廠區(qū)、東部碼頭和西部罐區(qū)生產(chǎn)用水。供主廠區(qū)生產(chǎn)水泵共3臺,2臺變頻,1臺工頻,單泵流量150m3/h,揚(yáng)程60m;供東部碼頭和西部罐區(qū)生產(chǎn)水泵為2臺工頻泵,單泵流量150m3/h,揚(yáng)程60m;主廠區(qū)生產(chǎn)給水管網(wǎng)為恒壓供水管網(wǎng),供水壓力0.6MPa。此外,供主廠區(qū)開停車用生產(chǎn)水泵為1臺工頻泵,單泵流量300m3/h,揚(yáng)程60m。一、給水系統(tǒng)Watersupplyandfirefightingwaterpumpstationhavetwo10000m3tank(productionofwater&firewatersharing);two500m3watertankfordomesticuse.Thewatertankissettoautomaticallyreplenishbypneumaticvalve,interlockwiththewaterlevel,willautomaticallyreplenishandstopthewateraccordingtothechangeofwaterleveltomeettheproduction,fireanddomesticwaterrequirement.ProductionWatersystem:Totalof6pumps,supplyproductionwatertomainplant&easternjetty(arrangement:3pumpssupplyformainplant2withvariablefrequencydrive&1pumpisfixedfrequencydrive.2pumpssupplytoeastjettyforlargevolumesupply&shutdownperioduse).Watersupply&FirewaterpressurizestationProductionwaterpumpformainplant(2setswithVariableFrequencyDrive&1setfixedfrequency).Singlepumpparameters:Q=150m3/hH=60mEasternJettyProductionwaterpump(2withVFD)Productionwatersupplypumpforstart-up&shut-downofmainplant(1VariableFrequencyDrivepump)Singlepumpparameters:Q=300m3/hH=60mWatersupply&Firewaterpressurizestation2、消防給水系統(tǒng)

全廠消防水系統(tǒng)設(shè)置4臺電動消防泵、4臺柴油消防泵、2臺穩(wěn)壓泵。其中,供廠區(qū)消防環(huán)管網(wǎng)電動泵3臺,流量220L/S揚(yáng)程120m;柴油消防泵3臺,流量220L/S揚(yáng)程120m;消防穩(wěn)壓泵2臺,單泵流量30L/S,揚(yáng)程85m;泡沫消防水系統(tǒng)設(shè)電動消防泵1臺,柴油消防泵1臺;單泵流量160L/S,揚(yáng)程140m,主要供廠區(qū)主裝置及中間罐區(qū)消防泡沫站使用。廠區(qū)消防管網(wǎng)環(huán)狀分部,進(jìn)每個主裝置界區(qū)都有設(shè)置切斷閥;正常生產(chǎn)時消防管網(wǎng)恒壓運(yùn)行,運(yùn)行壓力0.8MPa,事故狀態(tài)下消防主泵啟動,運(yùn)行壓力不低于1.0MPa。

4、工藝流程敘述4.1生產(chǎn)/消防給水系統(tǒng)

PMB項目所有淡水全部來自海水淡化(熱法多效蒸餾),再經(jīng)礦化后成為生產(chǎn)給水,部分生產(chǎn)給水再經(jīng)加氯消毒成為生活給水。從海淡來的產(chǎn)水,通過補(bǔ)水管線進(jìn)入2個(10000m3)生產(chǎn)、消防加壓水罐;為保障水罐液位和消防安全用水,系統(tǒng)設(shè)置了自動補(bǔ)水閥;閥門開啟、關(guān)閉狀態(tài)與水罐液位進(jìn)行聯(lián)鎖,當(dāng)液位低時,補(bǔ)水閥打開,當(dāng)液位高時自動補(bǔ)水閥關(guān)閉,來實(shí)現(xiàn)水罐液位始終處于一個相對恒定且比較高的范圍(消防水的要求)。

生產(chǎn)/消防水泵從生產(chǎn)消防水罐將水抽出,通過泵加壓送至各生產(chǎn)用戶和消防管網(wǎng),為保障機(jī)泵安全,系統(tǒng)還設(shè)置了低液位停泵聯(lián)鎖。

從給水管線來的生活水(海淡水經(jīng)礦化并加氯消毒后),通過補(bǔ)水管線進(jìn)入2個(500m3)生活水儲罐;為保障水罐液位和生活安全用水,系統(tǒng)設(shè)置了自動補(bǔ)水閥;閥門開啟、關(guān)閉狀態(tài)與水罐液位進(jìn)行聯(lián)鎖,當(dāng)液位低時,補(bǔ)水閥打開,當(dāng)液位高時自動補(bǔ)水閥關(guān)閉,來實(shí)現(xiàn)水罐液位始終處于一個相對恒定的范圍。

生活水泵從生活水罐將水抽出,通過泵加壓送至各生活水用戶,為保障機(jī)泵安全,系統(tǒng)還設(shè)置了低液位停泵聯(lián)鎖。

循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)1、系統(tǒng)簡述

根據(jù)用水用戶不同,分設(shè)Ⅰ循和Ⅱ循兩個循環(huán)水場,供各裝置換熱器冷卻用。

Ⅰ循設(shè)計循環(huán)水量27000m3/h,設(shè)計給水溫度≤33℃,壓力0.5MPa,回水溫度≤43℃,回水壓力0.2MPa;設(shè)置鋼筋混凝土循環(huán)冷卻塔6座,單座處理量4500m3/h;設(shè)置6臺循環(huán)水泵,4臺大泵單泵處理量8000m3/h,揚(yáng)程50m,2臺小泵單泵處理量4500m3/h,揚(yáng)程50m;正常工況下大泵3開1備,小泵1開1備,主要供主廠區(qū)各煉油裝置使用。

Ⅰ循補(bǔ)水由二路組成,一路來自熱電分部的海淡產(chǎn)水礦化后水,另一路來自污水處理場處理合格的含油廢水。

Series1have2make-upsource.Make-upsourceisfromseawaterdesalinationunit&oilywastewatertreatmentplant.Theuseof2sourcesofmakeupwateristoreplenishwaterlossduetoevaporation,wind,leak&blowdown,tomaintainthesystemwaterbalance.Circulatingwatersystem

Ⅱ循設(shè)計循環(huán)水量5000m3/h,設(shè)計給水溫度33℃,壓力0.5MPa,回水溫度43℃,回水壓力0.2MPa;設(shè)置鋼筋混凝土冷卻塔2座,單座處理量2500m3/h;設(shè)置4臺循環(huán)水泵,3大1小,大泵單臺處理量2200m3/h,揚(yáng)程40m,小泵單臺處理量800m3/h,揚(yáng)程40m;正常工況3開1備,主要供空分空壓、制冷站使用。

2、工藝流程簡述來自各裝置經(jīng)過換熱的熱水(≤43℃,0.2MPa),經(jīng)回水管線直接上冷卻塔頂進(jìn)入布水管線,經(jīng)冷卻噴頭均勻的噴灑在填料上,逐步下降落入塔下水池,在下落過程中與由塔外抽入的冷空氣進(jìn)行對流、熱交換,完成換熱過程,達(dá)到冷卻的目的。

為解決結(jié)垢、腐蝕問題設(shè)置了自動加藥裝置,通過定期/自動投加藥劑,達(dá)到延緩結(jié)垢和腐蝕的問題;為降低循環(huán)水濁度,在循環(huán)水供水管線上取3%的循環(huán)水進(jìn)行連續(xù)過濾,以去除系統(tǒng)雜質(zhì),達(dá)到凈化水質(zhì)的目的。為監(jiān)測水質(zhì)狀況,為藥劑投加量調(diào)整、配方優(yōu)化提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),兩套循環(huán)水場各設(shè)置了一臺監(jiān)測換熱器,模擬換熱器的實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況,通過在線數(shù)據(jù)分析(pH/余氯/電導(dǎo)/污垢熱阻等)和掛片腐蝕程度來判斷水質(zhì)最終處理效果。二、循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)Briefprocessflowdescription:Thehotwaterreturningfromprocessheatexchanger(≤43℃0.2MPa),Directlyviareturnlinetothecoolingwaterdistributionpipeintothetopofthecoolingtower,coolednozzlesprayeduniformlyonthefiller,thegradualdropletsfallsintothebottompoolwithinthetower,fallingcountercurrentflowwiththecoldairfromtheoutsideintothecolumn,theheatexchanger,completetheheattransferprocess,toachievethepurposeofcooling.Tosolvethescaling&corrosionproblem,automaticdosingdeviceisinstalled,throughregular/automaticdosingagents,todelaythescalingandcorrosionproblems.CirculatingwatersystemToreducethecirculatingwaterturbidity,inthecirculatingwatersupplyline3%ofthecirculatingwateriscontinuouslysenttofiltrationtoremoveimpuritiesinthesystemtoachievethepurposeofwaterpurification.Inordertomonitorthewaterqualitycondition,providethebasicdataforthedosageadjustmentandtheformulaoptimization.Bothofthetwocircuitwatersystemareequippedwithamonitoringheatexchangertosimulatetheactualoperationoftheheatexchanger.Throughtheonlinedataanalysis(pH/Residualchlorine/conductivity/dirtthermalresistance,etc.)andthedegreeoffilmcorrosiontodeterminethefinaltreatmentofwaterquality.CirculatingwatersystemAftercoolingofcoolingwaterreturnfromprocessheatexchanger,cooledwaterwillbecollectedinabottombasin,flowintopumpcollectionbasinbeforebeingpumpedtocoolingwaterconsumer(≤33℃P=0.5MPa).Inordertosolvecirculatingwaterhighconcentrationcycleissueduetowind,evaporation,impurities,leakagecausedbywaterions,thesystemfoulingproblems,accordingtotheconcentrationfactor,regularblowdownismaintained,tomaintainthesysteminavarietyofionsinarelativelystablerange.Circulatingwatersystem循環(huán)水涼水塔圖片二、循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)二、循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)冷卻塔減速機(jī)玻璃鋼風(fēng)機(jī)葉片驅(qū)動電機(jī)碳纖維軸二、循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)冷卻塔收水器冷卻塔填料二、循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)配水管道二、循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)冷卻塔噴頭二、循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)循環(huán)水泵:

作為循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)的動力輸送源,循環(huán)水泵在循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)中具有重要的地位

污水場總設(shè)計規(guī)模:400m3/h,其中含油污水處理系列處理規(guī)模為200m3/h,含鹽污水處理系列處理規(guī)模為200m3/h。

★污水場廢氣處理1、廢氣處理

來自污水均質(zhì)調(diào)節(jié)罐、事故罐、渦凹?xì)飧 ⑷軞鈿飧?、生化池、污油中間罐、脫水罐、污油濃縮罐、油泥濃縮罐、堿渣處理等單元設(shè)備、設(shè)施出來的廢氣通過管道、引風(fēng)機(jī)、引至廢氣處理系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行預(yù)處理和深度處理、達(dá)標(biāo)后排放。

2、工藝流程說明:

系統(tǒng)利用“預(yù)處理+兩級生物處理+深度處理”處理工藝,處理30000Nm3/h的廢氣。1)預(yù)處理:預(yù)處理采用隔油除油工藝,①去除臭氣中的粉塵,防止粉塵進(jìn)入后續(xù)生物滴濾池造成壓降增大;②通過洗滌,使進(jìn)入后續(xù)生物處理裝置的臭氣濕度達(dá)到飽和程度,滿足生物處理對濕度的嚴(yán)格要求;

③通過水洗滌,還可以去除部分可溶性廢氣成份、一定程度上減輕致臭成分突變造成的沖擊負(fù)荷。三、污水處理系統(tǒng)

2)生物處理段(包括生物處理1段和生物處理2段)。“一段生物滴濾池+二段生物濾池處理”二級生物除臭的組合,利用生物填料與氣體有效接觸來達(dá)到去除氣體有害成分的目的。

生物處理1段采用生物滴濾床工藝,適宜處理硫系污染物的微生物的生長、繁殖。生物處理2段主要作用是處理非硫系的惡臭物質(zhì),旨在延長一段生物的功能,除了降解可生化性較好的硫化氫、氨等成分,也加強(qiáng)對苯、烴等碳?xì)浠衔锏奶幚恚⒀娱L臭氣與生物填料接觸時間。三、污水處理系統(tǒng)

熱水站簡介:為了充分利用全廠低溫余熱,本項目設(shè)置熱水站1座,利用裝置低溫余熱,供應(yīng)110℃熱水,供制冷站使用。熱水站設(shè)計熱水泵4臺(3用1備),單臺流量900m3/h,正常生產(chǎn)時,熱源來自于芳烴聯(lián)合裝置,在制冷站開停工或芳烴聯(lián)合裝置發(fā)生異常情況時,熱源由1.0MPa蒸汽補(bǔ)充。經(jīng)溴化鋰機(jī)組、異構(gòu)化裝置、海淡換熱完成的熱水,約70℃0.3MPa通過管網(wǎng)進(jìn)入凝液緩沖罐,經(jīng)換熱水泵提升,送回芳烴聯(lián)合裝置繼續(xù)使用。四、換熱站、制冷站Basicinformation:Inordertomakefulluseofthelowtempwasteheatofthewholeplant,1hotwaterstationisinstalledintheproject,usingthelowtempwasteheat,supplyof110oChotwater,supplyfortheusageofrefrigerantunit.Hotwaterstationisdesignedwith4pumps(3in-service,1spare),900m3/heach.Duringnormaloperatingcondition,heatsourceisfromaromaticunit.Duringrefrigerantunitshutdownperiodoraromaticunitabnormaloperatingconditionperiod,1.0MPasteamwillbeusedasheatsource.Hotwaterforlithiumbromideunit,isomerizationunit,desalinationunitisabout70oC0.3MPa&viapipelinenetworkenterscondensatebuffertank.Viahotwaterliftpump,hotwaterissendbacktoaromaticsunittobeutilized.Introductiontohotwaterstation

溴化鋰制冷站:本項目設(shè)置兩座制冷站,廠前區(qū)制冷站和裝置區(qū)制冷站。

溴化鋰制冷工作原理:在溴化鋰吸收式制冷中,水作為制冷劑,溴化鋰作為吸收劑。由于溴化鋰水溶液本身沸點(diǎn)很高,極難揮發(fā),所以可認(rèn)為溴化鋰飽和溶液液面上的蒸汽為純水蒸汽;在一定溫度下,溴化鋰水溶液液面上的水蒸氣飽和分壓,小于純水的飽和分壓力;而且濃度越高,液面上的水蒸氣飽和分壓力越小。所以在相同的溫度條件下,溴化鋰水溶液濃度越大,其吸收水分的能力就越強(qiáng)。這也就是通常采用溴化鋰作為吸收劑,水作為制冷劑的原因。溴化鋰吸收式制冷機(jī)主要由發(fā)生器、冷凝器、蒸發(fā)器、吸收器、換熱器、循環(huán)泵等幾部分組成。四、換熱站、制冷站
