年產(chǎn)10萬噸醋酸乙烯酯和4.5萬噸的碳酸乙烯酯項目物料衡算表丹東路1號團(tuán)隊隊伍成員:崔榮凱、趙越、崔梓銘、王金林、陳子璇指導(dǎo)老師:封瑞江、王吉林、龍文宇、鞠佳、梁飛雪目錄TOC\o"1-5"\h\z\o"CurrentDocument"第一章概述 1\o"CurrentDocument"第二章物料衡算原理 2\o"CurrentDocument"第三章物料衡算任務(wù) 4\o"CurrentDocument"第四章物料衡算表 5\o"CurrentDocument"醋酸乙烯合成工段 5\o"CurrentDocument"氣體分離車間 12\o"CurrentDocument"醋酸乙烯精制車間 25\o"CurrentDocument"碳酸乙烯合成精制工段 41第一章概述本項目以總廠在廣東省湛江市中國石化中科煉化化工業(yè)園區(qū)的中國石化中科煉化責(zé)任有限公司的醋酸為主要工業(yè)原料進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)醋酸乙烯烯酯。以醋酸為原料經(jīng)醋酸乙烯酯合成工段、氣體分離工段、醋酸乙烯精制工段、碳酸乙烯合成精制工段。設(shè)計過程中利用AspenPlus對全流程進(jìn)行模擬,并在此基礎(chǔ)上完成物料衡算、能量衡算,Aspenplus全模擬流程如圖1-1所示。原料氧氣醋酸蒸發(fā)器品酸乙烯合成反應(yīng)器圖1-1第二章物料衡算原理系統(tǒng)累計的質(zhì)量=輸入系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量一輸出系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量+反應(yīng)生成的質(zhì)量一反應(yīng)消耗的質(zhì)量假設(shè)系統(tǒng)無泄漏,有:dF/dt=FIN-FouT+GR-CR當(dāng)系統(tǒng)無化學(xué)反應(yīng)發(fā)生時,有:dF/dt=FIN-FouT在穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)下,有:dF/dt=FIN-FOUT=0,F(xiàn)IN=FOUT注:FIN一進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)的物料流率;fout一流出系統(tǒng)的物料流率;GR—反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生物料速率;CR—反應(yīng)消耗物料速率。第三章物料衡算任務(wù)通過對系統(tǒng)整體以及部分主要單元的詳細(xì)物料衡算,得到主、副產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量,原料的消耗量,“三廢”的排放量以及最后產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量指標(biāo)等關(guān)鍵經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo),對所選工藝路線、設(shè)計流程進(jìn)行定量評述,為后階段的設(shè)計提供依據(jù)。
