令我驚訝的是Tom居然獲得了英語(yǔ)演講比賽的第一名。Tomysurprise,TomwonthefirstprizeintheEnglishSpeechContest.

要想這個(gè)句子學(xué)好,必須積累情緒名詞,比如:

【正態(tài)度】amazement驚奇,delight高興,joy高興,satisfaction滿足,excitement興奮,【負(fù)態(tài)度】annoyance煩惱,disappointment失望,horror恐怖,shame,羞恥sorrow悲傷,【中性態(tài)度】puzzlement迷惑,regret后悔,relief欣慰,surprise/amazement驚訝下面我們把這個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單句型,進(jìn)行升級(jí)。

【升級(jí)1】加強(qiáng)情緒的語(yǔ)氣

比如我想要表達(dá)的是:非常令我吃驚的是,湯姆在英語(yǔ)演講比賽中獲得了一等獎(jiǎng)。你可以這樣寫:Much/Greatlytomysurprise,TomwonthefirstprizeintheEnglishSpeechContest.

也就是在to前面加上much,greatly,或者在名詞前面添加great這個(gè)形容詞:

Tomygreatsurprise,TomwonthefirstprizeintheEnglishSpeechContest.

【升級(jí)2】tothe+情緒名詞+of

sb(名詞或者代詞),比如我想要表達(dá)的是:令他的父母感到吃驚的是,他在英語(yǔ)演講比賽中獲得了一等獎(jiǎng)。

Tothesurprisefhisparents,hewonthefirstprizeintheEnglishSpeechContest.這里把Tomysurprise改成了Tothesurprisefhisparents,本質(zhì)上,是兩種所有格的變換。

【升級(jí)3】情緒名詞疊加使用。比如我要表達(dá):令他驚訝和高興的是,他在英語(yǔ)演講比賽中獲得了一等獎(jiǎng)

【升級(jí)4】:“toone’s+情緒名詞”位置可變換
