鈦及鈦合金的應(yīng)用分析第一部分概述金屬鈦的物理性質(zhì)金屬鈦，原子序數(shù)為22，相對原子質(zhì)量47.87，常溫下不穩(wěn)定，在自然界中只以化合態(tài)存在。鈦的密度小，4.51g/cm3，是最重的輕金屬。鈦的延展性能好，熱穩(wěn)定性很好，熔點(diǎn)為1668±4℃，沸點(diǎn)為3260±20℃，臨界溫度4350℃，臨界壓力1130大氣壓。鈦具有較好導(dǎo)熱性，導(dǎo)電性能較差，近似或略低于不銹鋼，具有超導(dǎo)性，純鈦的超導(dǎo)臨界溫度0.38-0.4K。鈦的硬度跟鋼鐵差不多，但是它的重量幾乎只有同體積鋼鐵的一半，具有可塑性，高純鈦的延伸率可達(dá)50-60%，斷面收縮率可達(dá)70-80%，但強(qiáng)度低，鈦中雜志的存在對其機(jī)械性能影響極大，特別是間隙雜志（氧、氮、碳）可大大提高鈦的強(qiáng)度，顯著降低其塑性。鈦?zhàn)鳛榻Y(jié)構(gòu)材料所具有的良好機(jī)械性能，就是通過嚴(yán)格控制其中適當(dāng)?shù)碾s志含量和添加合金元素而達(dá)到的。金屬鈦的化學(xué)性質(zhì)金屬鈦在高溫環(huán)境中的還原能力極強(qiáng)，能與氧、碳、氮以及其他許多元素化合，還能從部分金屬氧化物中奪取氧。常溫下鈦與氧氣化合生成一層極薄致密的氧化膜，這層氧化膜常溫下不予絕大多數(shù)強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿反應(yīng)，包括王水。它至于氫氟酸、熱的濃鹽酸、濃硫酸反應(yīng)，因此鈦具有相當(dāng)?shù)目垢g性。鈦合金的分類及用途通常將鈦合金劃分為α型、α+β型和β型合金。鈦合金的力學(xué)性能主要取決于化學(xué)成分和相應(yīng)的顯微組織。α合金主要應(yīng)用于化工和加工工業(yè)，這些工業(yè)中首先要考慮的是合金必須具有優(yōu)異的抗腐蝕性能和變形能力，而對高比強(qiáng)度性能的要求次之。含氧量是各種級別商業(yè)純鈦的主要差別。作為間隙型合金化元素，氧可以顯著地提高合金的強(qiáng)度，同時(shí)降低塑性。商業(yè)純鈦為了達(dá)到要求的強(qiáng)度水平，只有氧是有意加入的合金化元素，而C和Fe等元素則是被看成制備過程進(jìn)入合金的雜質(zhì)元素。近α合金是典型的高溫合金，由于它兼具α合金優(yōu)異的蠕變性能和（α+β）合金的高強(qiáng)度，高溫應(yīng)用選擇這類合金很理想。α+β合金中，Ti+6Al+4V合金應(yīng)用最為廣泛。目前使用的鈦合金中有50%以上具有這種成分，它具有良好的綜合性能，目前人們對它的研究最為深入而且接受了最多的檢驗(yàn)，最大的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域在航空工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。β鈦合金是應(yīng)用最為廣泛的一類鈦合金，β鈦合金具有最高的強(qiáng)度/質(zhì)量比，而且大橫截面的鈦合金零件具有非常優(yōu)異的強(qiáng)度、韌性和抗疲勞性能。與α+β型合金相比，β合金的不足之處是密度大、加工范圍相當(dāng)小、成本較高等。β型合金目前主要應(yīng)用在航空航天領(lǐng)域和井下裝置（深油井和氣井）以及外科植入合金。鈦合金的力學(xué)性能通常，提高鈦合金性能的方式主要有三種，即合金化和加工工藝以及復(fù)合材料。合金化是提高材料強(qiáng)度的基礎(chǔ)（如固溶強(qiáng)化、時(shí)效強(qiáng)化），同時(shí)可以獲得有序結(jié)構(gòu)（如TiAl金屬間化合物），也決定了合金的大多數(shù)物理性能（如密度、彈性模量、膨脹系數(shù)），并在很大程度上控制了材料的化學(xué)抵抗能力（如腐蝕、氧化）。加工工藝可以使材料的性能達(dá)到很好的平衡。通過熱加工處理，鈦合金可以得到不同的顯微組織，以便獲得最優(yōu)的強(qiáng)度、塑性、韌性、超塑性、抗應(yīng)力腐蝕性能和抗蠕變性等，這取決于最終應(yīng)用對某些特殊性能的要求。不同材料組合在一起可以制備性能優(yōu)異的復(fù)合材料。新的符合物的性能與單個組元的性能之間符合簡單的混合法則。在這種情況下，鈦合金或鈦鋁化合物通過顆粒或纖維增強(qiáng)就得到了金屬基復(fù)合材料。第二部分鈦及鈦合金的應(yīng)用 2.1鈦合金在航空航天領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用鈦合金的突出特性包括高比強(qiáng)和抗蝕性優(yōu)異。因此，鈦合金應(yīng)用于鋁合金、高強(qiáng)鋼或鎳基超合金的質(zhì)量、強(qiáng)度、抗蝕性或高溫穩(wěn)定性等綜合性能不能滿足的航空產(chǎn)品中。航空用鈦合金主要驅(qū)動力如下： a減重（替代鋼和鎳基超合金）；
