產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理勞動合同英文版合同編號:__________partiesrepresentative:(nameoftherepresentative)2.partyb(employee):(nameoftheemployee)address:(addressoftheemployee)wherepartiesheretoreferredtoas"partya"and"partyb"respectively.backgroundwhereas,partybisahighlyskilledprofessionalinthefieldof(briefdescriptionofpartyb'sexpertise);whereas,partyadesirestoemploypartybasaproductmanager,andpartybiswillingtoacceptsuchemploymentonthetermsandconditionssetforthherein;now,therefore,inconsiderationofthemutualpromisescontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:article1positionandduties1.1partybshallserveasaproductmanagerforpartya,andshallperformsuchdutiesasarecustomarilyassociatedwithsuchposition,including,butnotlimitedto,thefollowing:(b)collaboratewithcrossfunctionalteamstodesign,develop,andlaunchproducts;(d)assistinthepreparationofproductplans,timelines,andresourceallocation;(f)otherdutiesasmaybeassignedpartya'smanagementfromtimetotime.1.2partybagreestoperformthedutiessetforthinsection1.1faithfully,efficiently,andtothebestofpartyb'sability,knowledge,andjudgment.article2termofemployment2.2upontheexpirationoftheinitialterm,thisagreementmaybereneweduponmutualagreementoftheparties.(a)basesalary:partybshallreceiveamonthlybasesalaryof(amountofbasesalary),payablebiweeklyormonthly,asapplicable.(b)bonuses:partybmaybeeligibleforannualbonuses,asdeterminedpartya'smanagement,basedonmeetingorexceedingperformancetargets.(c)benefits:partybshallbeendtoparticipateinpartya'semployeebenefitsprogram,asineffectfromtimetotime,including,butnotlimitedto,healthinsurance,dentalinsurance,andretirementsavingsplans.article4confidentialityandnondisclosure4.1duringthetermofthisagreement,partybmayhaveaccesstocertainconfidentialandproprietaryinformationofpartya(hereinafterreferredtoas"confidentialinformation").partybagreesthatpartybshallnot,directlyorindirectly,use,disclose,ordisseminateanyconfidentialinformationtoanypersonorentity,exceptasrequiredlaworwiththepriorwrittenconsentofpartya.article5termination5.1eitherpartymayterminatethisagreementatanytimeforanyreasonornoreason,uponwrittennoticetotheotherparty.5.2intheeventoftermination,partyashallbeendtorecoverfrompartybanysumspaidtopartybunderthisagreementthatareinexcessoftheproratashareofthebasesalaryfortheperiodfromtheeffectivedatetothedateoftermination.article6indemnification6.1partyashallindemnifyandholdharmlesspartybagainstanyandallclaims,damages,liabilities,losses,andexpenses(includingattorney'sfeesandcosts)arisingoutoforinconnectionwithpartyb'sperformanceofserviceshereunder,excepttotheextentsuchclaims,damages,liabilities,losses,andexpensesareduetopartyb'sgrossnegligenceorwillfulmisconduct.article7miscellaneous7.1thisagreementmaynotbeassignedeitherpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty.7.2ifanyprovisionofthisagreementisheldtobeinvalidorunenforceable,suchprovisionshallbeconstruedormodifiedinsuchmannerastorendersuchprovisionvalidandenforceable,andtheotherprovisionsof一、附件列表:1.partya的營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本2.partyb的學歷證明3.產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理職位描述4.員工福利計劃細節(jié)5.保密協(xié)議6.績效評估標準7.終止協(xié)議通知模板二、違約行為及認定:1.未經(jīng)許可的提前終止合同2.未按約定提供服務或未達到績效目標3.泄露或未妥善保護保密信息4.違反法律法規(guī)導致合同無效5.未能履行合同中約定的其他義務三、法律名詞及解釋:1.產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理:負責產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃、設計、開發(fā)和上市的高級職位。2.保密信息:包括任何未公開的、與公司業(yè)務相關的商業(yè)秘密、技術秘密等。3.違約行為:違反合同條款的行為。4.績效目標:根據(jù)工作職責設定的、衡量工作成效的具體指標。5.終止合同:根據(jù)合同條款或法律規(guī)定,提前結束合同關系。四、執(zhí)行中遇到的問題及解決辦法:1.員工績效不佳:提供培訓、調(diào)整工作職責、績效改進計劃等。2.保密信息泄露:加強信息安全管理、定期培訓、保密協(xié)議補充條款等。
