外貿(mào)郵件范文(篇二)從3月份來公司到今年年底,算起來在**有剛滿10個月的時間了。當(dāng)初就是抱著純粹學(xué)習(xí)的心態(tài)找的現(xiàn)在的工作,對于一個英語專業(yè)的我來說,在過去的兩年里一直投入在與英語無關(guān)的行業(yè)中,現(xiàn)在冒冒然再重操舊業(yè)時,相對于同畢業(yè)的同學(xué)來說,是落后了很多。但從我決定換一個行業(yè)去發(fā)展的時候,我重新確定了自己的定位。要在一個行業(yè)發(fā)展起來,首先就是要相信你自己可以做到。我也是這樣給自己定義的。別人能做到的,我也可以做到。

很感謝鄧經(jīng)理在最初應(yīng)聘的時候,相信并選擇我作為**篷房外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)人員當(dāng)中的一員,同時盡心地安排小組組長小平一直以來監(jiān)督和教導(dǎo)我的外貿(mào)之路。同樣也很感謝在取得成績時的點播,在沒有成績時的鼓勵。

很感謝我的小組組長小平和其他同事,不論是在生活當(dāng)中還是在工作當(dāng)中,都給與了我很多實實在在的幫助和指導(dǎo)。讓我能一步一步積累更多的經(jīng)驗,增長自己的見識。

同時也很感謝自己在20xx年最初的時候,有勇氣去換一個行業(yè),勇敢地選擇了篷房行業(yè),并堅持了下來。那時候?qū)镜牧私獠⒉欢啵瑢π袠I(yè)未來的前景也沒有清晰的認識,但感謝自己愿意嘗試并且沒有半途而廢。

回顧自己來**的日子,不長不短居然快一年了,在**的日子很有意義,是我重新開始一個行業(yè)的孕育地。

來到**的'時候,我對現(xiàn)在所在的行業(yè)完全沒有認識。甚至當(dāng)初來應(yīng)聘的時候,都沒仔細看過公司到底是做什么的。我當(dāng)時想的是,以最低的姿態(tài),在一個值得學(xué)習(xí)和投入的工作環(huán)境,歷練自己。

選擇**,給了我很多學(xué)習(xí)機會,幾乎所有的東西都是重新開始學(xué)習(xí)的。包括基本的表格制作,再到圖像處理,郵件處理,電話溝通以及面對面接待客人。

在我內(nèi)心深處,一直相信“有志者,事竟成”,“天道酬勤”,雖然我的起步晚了點,但因為年輕,應(yīng)該是可以追上前輩們的。但也因為年輕,言行顯得很不穩(wěn)重。

的確,這是我需要學(xué)習(xí)的地方。

剛開始做外貿(mào),可能是一種興奮刺激的感覺,當(dāng)?shù)で闊崆楸蝗諒?fù)一日的郵件詢盤和繁瑣之事替代時,我們再堅持下去的時候,如果還沒有成績,那時就更需要一種精神信仰,無關(guān)乎薪資,因為畢竟誰都知道,做業(yè)務(wù),沒有銷量,就是窮光蛋。

剛開始的時候,沒想過要快速的就拿單,畢竟那很不現(xiàn)實,對產(chǎn)品對外貿(mào)一竅不通沒有任何實際經(jīng)驗就想出成績簡直就是一種空想。

那時每天上班的時候,我會給自己列好工作日程,確定緊急重要順序,忙完這些規(guī)定的事項后,我會抽出一部分時間提前學(xué)習(xí)一些外貿(mào)知識,包括業(yè)務(wù)以及回復(fù)郵件方面。

記得剛開始回郵件的時候,我的心情是小心翼翼的,很怕犯錯,可能與我的完美主義個性有些關(guān)系。所以一封郵件都要思考半天,不管是回郵件的內(nèi)容還是表達方式。一句話,不敢下手。后來幸虧在福步等外貿(mào)論壇里面,學(xué)習(xí)了很多回復(fù)郵件和處理詢盤的知識,再加上不斷更新產(chǎn)品之后,詢盤多了,鍛煉的機會就多了,也就形成了自己的處理詢盤的思路。

第一個單拿的是幸運,那時候剛出了一次意外,在養(yǎng)傷過程中,接下了第一個單。也是這個單,給了我很多勇氣。讓我相信努力會有收獲。

過了試用期之后,之前那種激情和熱情就慢慢的消失跆盡了,我需要我的信仰來支持我。

“開始源于相信,過程在于改變,結(jié)果在于堅持?!本褪俏业男叛?。

我從來不相信,有誰可以隨隨便便的成功,畢竟不是所有人也不是每次都有那樣的好運氣。堅持我現(xiàn)在的行業(yè),在我不斷地填充自己的過程中,我能做的就是等待了。

客人不是一下就有的,詢盤不是一下子就都到你的郵箱里的,價格不是每次都是你的讓客人滿意,不是每個客人都注重質(zhì)量和服務(wù)的。那能做的,就是不斷地行動以及耐心等待結(jié)果。

在過了試用期很長一段時間里詢盤不是很多,我找了很多事情做,集中之一就包括增加產(chǎn)品曝光帶來詢盤,那么首先得熟悉產(chǎn)品。熟悉產(chǎn)品,不僅是了解自己的產(chǎn)品,也包括同行的產(chǎn)品,而我重點放在國外同行也可以說是潛在客戶的身上。

其實,做外貿(mào)也是一種心態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)變,之前我是個急性子,很多事情希望能夠以最快最有效率的方式解決,所以往往給人浮躁的感覺。慢慢的現(xiàn)在性子稍微穩(wěn)下來點,因為有些事情,不是你急著完成結(jié)果就能如你愿,例如,你希望客人盡快下單。

10月份的時候曾打算請假休息一段時間,但最終放棄了這個打算,那時候的事情,讓我認清了自己的處境,女兒也應(yīng)當(dāng)自立自強。所以當(dāng)靜下心來,再次投入到工作當(dāng)中的時候,自己有種突然覺悟的感覺。后來再處理詢盤和郵件的時候,竟是反應(yīng)快了很多,思路也明朗了很多。我想這是因禍得福吧。就像Yusuf。

Yusuf是我今年的一個客戶,期間一直沒有斷過聯(lián)系,其實我們很少談工作,每次寒暄一下,問候一下。我后來想想為什么他遲遲沒有打款,可能他也在花時間考驗我和我們公司。就像我在懷疑他是騙子一樣。我一直記得一個外貿(mào)前輩說,你得經(jīng)常在你客戶的面前飄過。我想我就是這樣一直在他面前飄來飄去沒有太強的目的性,讓他產(chǎn)生了信賴。他的訂單,就是對我耐性的考驗和服務(wù)的認可。

后來的接待工作,讓我對自己的口語也自信了不少,很感謝小平的陪伴和幫忙,以及之前有機會在她身邊學(xué)習(xí)了很多次。

雖然現(xiàn)在我在外貿(mào)在篷房這個行業(yè)還是半個內(nèi)行人,身上也有很多的不足,但是我相信,時間能夠證明一切,我相信只要用心學(xué)習(xí),踏踏實實的,就一定會有更大的成績,想成為一名能夠獨當(dāng)一面的外貿(mào)人前進。
