8.InsuranceandIndemnity

8.1InsuranceRequirements

TheGranteeshallmaintainadequateinsurancecoverageforthePropertyagainstrisksincluding[listspecificrisks].

8.2IndemnificationClause

Eachpartyagreestoindemnifyandholdharmlesstheotherpartyfromanyclaims,damages,orlossesarisingoutoftheirrespectiveactionsunderthisAgreement.

9.Termination

9.1TerminationEvents
