Article2:TermsofCooperation

Article3:DeliveryandPaymentTerms

Article4:Confidentiality

4.2ThisobligationofconfidentialityshallsurvivetheterminationorexpirationofthisContract.

Article5:Termination

5.1ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticeintheeventofamaterialbreachbytheotherpartythatisnotcuredwithin[number]daysafterreceiptofwrittennotice.

5.2Upontermination,bothpartiesshallfulfilltheirrespectiveobligationsarisingfromthisContractuptothedateoftermination.

Article6:GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

6.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[country].

Article7:GeneralProvisions
