本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T3830—2008《軟聚氯乙烯壓延薄膜和片材》,與GB/T3830—2008相比,除結(jié)
構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)更改了范圍(見第1章,2008年版的第1章);
b)增加了術(shù)語與定義(見第3章);
c)更改了產(chǎn)品分類(見第4章,2008年版的第3章);
d)更改了外觀的要求(見5.1,2008年版的4.2);
e)更改了尺寸的要求(見5.2,2008年版的4.1);
f)更改了產(chǎn)品物理化學性能和指標值的要求(見5.3,2008年版的4.3);
g)刪除了其他(見2008年版的4.4);
h)更改了試樣取樣方式(見6.1,2008年版的5.1);
i)增加了黑點和雜質(zhì)的測量量具要求(見6.3);
j)刪除了厚度結(jié)果表示方式(見2008年版的5.2);
k)更改了拉伸強度及拉伸斷裂應變(或拉伸斷裂標稱應變)的試樣模型和試驗速度(見6.6,
2008年版的5.5.3);
l)更改了尺寸變化率的測試方法(見6.8,2008年版的5.5.6);
