引言
生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)主要應(yīng)用于制造型企業(yè)的智能工廠中,能夠?qū)ζ渖a(chǎn)車間的生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)
量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實時監(jiān)控和采集,并輸入到系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的統(tǒng)一接口,不斷對數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行充實,實現(xiàn)動態(tài)實時采
集和分析。由于生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)可采用多種不同的采集方式和采集設(shè)備,因此對于生產(chǎn)過程
質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的性能評估和校準(zhǔn)方法尚未形成統(tǒng)一規(guī)范。
生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)(PQDAS)的性能是指在規(guī)定的工作條件和環(huán)境條件下,能夠執(zhí)行所
提供功能的程度。系統(tǒng)能在規(guī)定的響應(yīng)時間內(nèi)準(zhǔn)確地執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)所需的任務(wù),如果系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行多個任務(wù),則
在不相互妨礙的情況下處理和執(zhí)行這些任務(wù)。因此,指示在一個時間范圍內(nèi)可執(zhí)行的任務(wù)數(shù)目的能力非
常重要。當(dāng)一個系統(tǒng)要同時完成幾項任務(wù)時,其性能會發(fā)生變化,這就需要分別對每一項任務(wù)的執(zhí)行情
況進(jìn)行分析。
因此,為了評估系統(tǒng)的性能,有必要以分層的方式對系統(tǒng)屬性進(jìn)行分類。性能的子特性包括:精確
度、響應(yīng)時間、處理能力、可信性、智能化能力。
性能不能直接評估,需要通過分析和測試其子特性加以確定。為了能確定各種子特性,可通過信息
轉(zhuǎn)換對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,通過系統(tǒng)的每一條信息流檢查子特性。
系統(tǒng)的性能首先取決于系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,其次取決于在系繞的制造和集成階段(通過硬件和軟件)可能
引入的因素。
性能的各種子特性之間存在相互依存關(guān)系。系統(tǒng)的性能可能沒有統(tǒng)一的衡量尺度,因為不同的任務(wù)
可有不同數(shù)量的信息轉(zhuǎn)換。當(dāng)這些信息轉(zhuǎn)換合用公共設(shè)施時,它們之間存在相互依存關(guān)系。
有關(guān)性能的評定技術(shù)主要有分析法評定技術(shù)、試驗法評定技術(shù)、影響條件下的試驗。具體可按照
GB/T18272.4—2006第8章的要求進(jìn)行。
本文件對生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的評估特性、影響因素進(jìn)行了說明,給出了規(guī)范統(tǒng)一的性能評
估和校準(zhǔn)方法,幫助實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程中數(shù)據(jù)采集和分析的自動化和智能化。
