前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件是GB/T4706《家用和類似用途電器的安全》的第92部分。GB/T4706已經(jīng)發(fā)布了以下

部分:

——第1部分:通用要求;

——第2部分:電熨斗的特殊要求;

……

——第121部分:專業(yè)冰淇淋機的特殊要求;

——第122部分:帶有電動部件的家具的特殊要求。

本文件代替GB4706.92—2008《家用和類似用途電器的安全從空調(diào)和制冷設備中回收制冷劑的

器具的特殊要求》。與GB4706.92—2008相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

a)更改了范圍中回收和/或再生制冷劑器具所適用的制冷設備的電壓(見第1章,2008年版的

第1章);

b)增加了“壓縮機”“制冷劑”“可燃制冷劑”“回收罐”及“秤”等術語定義(見3.101、3.105、3.106、

3.107、3.108),刪除了“壓縮法”“溫度限值裝置”“壓力釋放裝置”“維修車間”等術語定義(見

2008年版的3.101、3.102、3.104、3.105);

c)增加了符號“閱讀操作手冊”“操作手冊:操作說明”及其要求,增加了最大允許壓力符號的相

關要求(見7.6);

d)故障條件示例中增加了冷凝風扇電機故障(見19.5);

e)增加了裝有保護電子電路的器具的非正常工作試驗相關要求(見19.11.4);

f)增加了對制冷系統(tǒng)部件的壓力試驗要求(見21.1、附錄CC);

g)增加了使用可燃制冷劑器具的振動試驗要求(見21.2);

h)更改了使用非可燃制冷劑的部件的機械強度試驗要求(見21.104,2008年版的21.104);

i)增加了Y電容的試驗要求(見22.42);

j)更改了對于可燃制冷劑軟管的要求(見22.104.5,2008年版的22.104);

k)增加了承載可燃制冷劑軟管的拉伸試驗和滲透性試驗要求(見22.104.8、22.104.9),更改了軟

管滲透性試驗中對軟管組件的泄漏檢測要求(見22.104.9.4,2008年版的22.104.9.4);

l)更改了壓力試驗要求,增加了對于使用R?744的亞臨界制冷系統(tǒng)的要求(見22.105);

m)增加了使用可燃制冷劑器具的結(jié)構(gòu)要求(見22.107);

n)增加了與設備連接的電源插座的要求(見22.108);

o)刪除了真空等級(見2008年版的附錄AA),增加了溫度和壓力試驗(見附錄AA);

p)刪除了在標準污染制冷劑中的微粒(見2008年版的附錄BB);

q)增加了壓力試驗(見附錄CC);

r)刪除了膨脹油的要求(見2008年版的附錄DD),增加了泄漏模擬試驗(見附錄DD);

s)增加了安裝和操作說明手冊(見附錄EE)。

本文件等同采用IEC60335?2?104:2021《家用和類似用途電器安全第2?104部分:從空調(diào)器和

制冷設備中回收和/或再生制冷劑的器具的特殊要求》。

本文件做了下列最小限度的編輯性改動:

——標準名稱改為《家用和類似用途電器的安全第92部分:從空調(diào)和制冷設備中回收和/或再

生制冷劑的器具的特殊要求》,以增強標準體系的協(xié)調(diào)性。

引言

GB/T4706《家用和類似用途電器的安全》大部分采用IEC60335。在此基礎上,GB/T4706參考

IEC60335的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,劃分為若干部分,由通用要求和特殊要求構(gòu)成,第1部分為通用要求,其他部分

為特殊要求。對于特殊要求范圍涵蓋的產(chǎn)品,其安全要求為通用要求與該特殊要求結(jié)合使用,在特殊

要求中包括了對通用要求中對應條款的補充和修改,以給出對每種產(chǎn)品的完整要求。

本文件是器具按照使用說明正常使用時,對電氣、機械、熱、火災以及輻射等風險需要具有的防護

要求。本文件還包括使用中可能出現(xiàn)的非正常情況,并且考慮電磁干擾對器具安全運行的影響方式。

本文件已考慮GB/T16895《低壓電氣裝置》中規(guī)定的要求,器具在連接到電源時與電氣布線規(guī)則

的要求協(xié)調(diào)一致。

如果一臺器具的多項功能涉及GB/T4706中的其他部分,只要合理,其他部分分別適用于該器具

每個功能。如果適用,需考慮一個功能對其他功能的影響。

當其他部分中未針對本文件中已經(jīng)包含了的危險給出附加要求時,則GB/T4706.1適用。

GB/T4706是涉及器具安全的標準,優(yōu)先于涵蓋同一主題的通用標準/橫向標準。

本文件與GB/T4706.1—2024《家用和類似用途電器的安全第1部分:通用要求》配合使用。本

文件中寫明“適用”的部分,表示GB/T4706.1—2024中的相應條款適用于本文件;本文件寫明“代替”

的部分,則以本文件中的條款為準;本文件寫明“增加”的部分,表示除要符合GB/T4706.1—2024中的

相應條款外,還需符合本文件條款中所增加的條款;本文件寫明“修改”的部分,表示在GB/T4706.1—

1范圍

GB/T4706.1—2024的該章以下述內(nèi)容代替:

本文件規(guī)定了從空調(diào)和制冷設備中回收和/或再生制冷劑的器具的安全要求。

本文件規(guī)定的器具適用于空調(diào)、熱泵和裝有開啟式壓縮機或電動機—壓縮機的制冷設備,單相器

具最大額定電壓不超過300V,其他器具的額定電壓不超過600V。

本文件也適用于不打算作為一般家用,但對公眾仍可能引起危險的器具,例如:打算在商店、在輕

工業(yè)和農(nóng)場中由專業(yè)人員使用的器具。

上述器具可能由一個或多個工廠生產(chǎn)的組件組成。如果提供的是多個組件,而且這些單獨的組件

要一起使用,那么本文件的技術要求應以裝配在一起的組件使用為基礎。

注101:本文件的“器具”是指回收和/或再生制冷劑的設備。
