前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件修改采用ISO17095:2013《精細(xì)陶瓷(先進(jìn)陶瓷、先進(jìn)技術(shù)陶瓷)陶瓷材料高溫界面黏

結(jié)強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)方法》。

本文件與ISO17095:2013的技術(shù)差異及其原因如下:

—?jiǎng)h除了ISO17095:2013中精細(xì)陶瓷的術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義;

—用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T16491替換了ISO7500?1,以適應(yīng)我國(guó)技術(shù)條件,增加可操作性(見

6.1);

—將ISO17095:2013中6.2.4的定性說明更改為定量說明,即“加熱爐加熱速率調(diào)節(jié)范圍為1℃/min~

20℃/min”,以增加可操作性;

—用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T16839.1替換了IEC60584?1,以適應(yīng)我國(guó)技術(shù)條件,增加可操作性(見

6.3.2);

—用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T1216替換了ISO3611,以適應(yīng)我國(guó)技術(shù)條件,增加可操作性(見6.5);

—將ISO17095:2013中7.1注的內(nèi)容轉(zhuǎn)移至條文,因注中不可有推薦性條款,且內(nèi)容具有一定指

導(dǎo)性,故保留在7.1條文中(見7.1);

—將ISO17095:2013中3.2中的注4作為正文內(nèi)容轉(zhuǎn)移至7.2.1,因注中不宜有推薦性條款,故保

留在7.2.1條文中(見7.2.1);

—將ISO17095:2013中10d)的內(nèi)容更改為“力與試驗(yàn)時(shí)間(位移)關(guān)系圖”,原條款內(nèi)容可不作

為重要參照,故刪除并替換(見第10章)。

本文件做了下列編輯性改動(dòng):

—為與現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)調(diào),將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)名稱改為《高溫條件下陶瓷材料界面黏結(jié)強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)方法》;

—?jiǎng)h除了3.2的注1、注2、注3;

—增加了條編號(hào)8.4.1、8.4.2、8.4.3、8.4.4;

—增加了條編號(hào)8.5.1、8.5.2、8.5.3、8.5.4。
