4.WarrantiesandLiability

4.1PartyAwarrantsthattheGoods/ServicesshallconformtothespecificationssetforthintheattachedProduct/ServiceDescriptionandshallbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanship.

4.2PartyAshallbeliableforanydefectsintheGoods/Services,exceptforthoseresultingfromnormalwearandtear,misuse,orimproperinstallation.

5.IntellectualPropertyRights

5.1Allintellectualpropertyrights,includingbutnotlimitedtopatents,copyrights,trademarks,andtradesecrets,shallremainthepropertyoftherespectiveowner.

6.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

6.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].
