6.Possession.UpontheClosing,theBuyershallhavetherighttopossessionoftheProperty,subjecttothetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement.

7.ConditionoftheProperty.ThePropertyissold"asis"and"whereis,"andtheSellermakesnorepresentationsorwarranties,expressorimplied,regardingthecondition,quality,orsuitabilityoftheProperty.

8.Indemnification.TheSellershallindemnifyandholdharmlesstheBuyer,itssuccessors,andassigns,fromandagainstanyandallclaims,actions,suits,demands,liabilities,obligations,andcosts,including,butnotlimitedto,attorney'sfeesandcourtcosts,arisingoutoforresultingfromtheSeller'sbreachofanyofthewarrantiesorrepresentationscontainedinthisAgreement.
