5.ForceMajeure

6.DisputeResolution

6.1AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheParties.Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedthroughnegotiations,itshallbesubmittedto[arbitration/trialcourt]forarbitration/trialinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulations.

7.EffectiveDateandTermination

7.1ThisContractshallcomeintoeffectuponthesignatureofbothPartiesandshallremainineffectuntiltheexpirationoftheOriginalContractoruntiltheterminationofthisContractasagreeduponbytheParties.

7.2ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherPartyupon[conditionfortermination].

8.GeneralProvisions

8.1ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthePartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,andrepresentations,whetherwrittenororal,withrespecttothesubjectmatterhereof.

8.2AnyamendmentormodificationofthisContractshallbemadeinwritingandshallbesignedbybothParties.
