Firstly,I'mgladthatthestudentswereactivelyinvolvedinthereadingandlisteningactivities.Theyseemedtoenjoythestoryin3aandwereabletoanswerthecomprehensionquestionswell.Thistellsmethatthestorywasatanappropriatelevelfortheirunderstanding,andthequestionshelpedthemtoprocessandretaintheinformation.

Ialsonoticedthatthestudentswerequitegoodatusingthenewvocabularyinsentences.Theywereabletocreatesentencesusingthepasttenseverbswelearned,andtheyseemedtograsptheconceptofpasttensefairlywell.Therole-playactivityin3bwasparticularlysuccessful,asitallowedthemtopracticespeakinginthepasttenseinafunandinteractiveway.
