學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)視聽(tīng)說(shuō)考核大綱EnglishforAcademicPurpose:Viewing,Listening&Speaking課程基本信息課程編號(hào):15002217課程學(xué)時(shí):32課程學(xué)分:2一、課程的性質(zhì)和地位《學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)視聽(tīng)說(shuō)》是面向我校非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)本科學(xué)生開(kāi)設(shè)的一門(mén)公共選修課,旨在適應(yīng)新時(shí)期大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的發(fā)展方向和新形勢(shì)下我國(guó)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)對(duì)高等教育提出的新要求,將語(yǔ)言知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)、語(yǔ)言技能訓(xùn)練和人文素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)有機(jī)融合。通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)該門(mén)課程,提高我校學(xué)生在學(xué)術(shù)環(huán)境中的英語(yǔ)交流、溝通、表達(dá)能力,幫助他們了解國(guó)際基本學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范,為高層次學(xué)術(shù)研究做好準(zhǔn)備。該課程以學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)視聽(tīng)與口語(yǔ)訓(xùn)練為綱,注重技能的鞏固和整合,強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)以致用。同時(shí),課程注重在學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)視聽(tīng)說(shuō)訓(xùn)練過(guò)程中融入課程思政元素,加強(qiáng)愛(ài)國(guó)主義教育,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生文化自信,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生批判性思維,使之既要繼承中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化又要弘揚(yáng)時(shí)代精神,既要立足本國(guó)又要面向世界,成為交流展示中國(guó)科研成果的高端雙語(yǔ)復(fù)合型人才。本課程注重增強(qiáng)學(xué)生學(xué)術(shù)素養(yǎng),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生使用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流,從事學(xué)術(shù)研究的能力。本課程體現(xiàn)以學(xué)生主體,教師為引導(dǎo)的教學(xué)理念,綜合運(yùn)用啟發(fā)式、協(xié)作式、討論式等多種教學(xué)方法,并借助多媒體、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、手機(jī)和電腦等現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)手段開(kāi)展線上線下混合式教學(xué)。在知識(shí)傳授的基礎(chǔ)上,利用虛擬仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)室、同聲傳譯實(shí)訓(xùn)室等實(shí)驗(yàn)場(chǎng)所,模擬實(shí)際語(yǔ)境進(jìn)行交際訓(xùn)練,強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展和綜合能力的提升。二、理論教學(xué)部分的考核目標(biāo)根據(jù)《學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)視聽(tīng)說(shuō)》課程教學(xué)大綱、課程教學(xué)目標(biāo)及學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),本課程實(shí)施過(guò)程性評(píng)價(jià)與終結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合的考核方式。一方面有助于教師動(dòng)態(tài)了解學(xué)生真實(shí)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程,進(jìn)而及時(shí)調(diào)整教學(xué)。另一方面,有助于學(xué)生及時(shí)認(rèn)識(shí)自己階段性的學(xué)習(xí)效果,從而及時(shí)端正學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,調(diào)整學(xué)習(xí)方法?!秾W(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)視聽(tīng)說(shuō)》考試的考核目標(biāo)有以下三個(gè)方面。一、知識(shí)目標(biāo)(1)詞匯:領(lǐng)會(huì)式掌握600-700個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)詞匯的用法,包括意義、搭配、語(yǔ)義趨向等,尤其是重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)預(yù)構(gòu)成語(yǔ)塊的敏感性,逐步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生正確的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)感。(2)語(yǔ)法:進(jìn)一步掌握語(yǔ)法要點(diǎn)并領(lǐng)會(huì)學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)篇結(jié)構(gòu)以學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)常用交際功能的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)法,進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生在學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)交際中使用語(yǔ)言的流利程度、準(zhǔn)確性和得體性。二、能力目標(biāo)視聽(tīng):充分且準(zhǔn)確理解基本的自然科學(xué)及社會(huì)科學(xué)話題的對(duì)話、訪談和講座,并能抓住中心大意、要點(diǎn)和有關(guān)細(xì)節(jié),領(lǐng)會(huì)作者觀點(diǎn)和態(tài)度;能快速、準(zhǔn)確、科學(xué)地運(yùn)用符號(hào)、縮寫(xiě)等手段記學(xué)術(shù)筆記,正確運(yùn)用合適的筆記結(jié)構(gòu)(樹(shù)形圖、大綱方式、思維導(dǎo)圖方式等)且邏輯關(guān)聯(lián)基本清楚。會(huì)話:能準(zhǔn)確區(qū)分正式語(yǔ)體和非正式語(yǔ)體,學(xué)會(huì)準(zhǔn)確得體地發(fā)表意見(jiàn),參加討論,介紹研究課題,在全班同學(xué)面前做匯報(bào)講演;能就教材內(nèi)容作簡(jiǎn)短問(wèn)答、復(fù)述和思辨性分析,并能準(zhǔn)確清晰地轉(zhuǎn)述聽(tīng)力材料中的觀點(diǎn),同時(shí)表達(dá)自己的看法和觀點(diǎn);能對(duì)特定學(xué)術(shù)話題進(jìn)行深入分析并以小組合作的形式完成選定學(xué)術(shù)類話題的數(shù)字故事視頻的創(chuàng)作以及匯報(bào)展示;了解國(guó)際基本學(xué)術(shù)禮儀和規(guī)范,能在正式及非正式場(chǎng)合下有效、得體地進(jìn)行交流溝通。三、素質(zhì)目標(biāo)(1)學(xué)術(shù)道德:具備恪守學(xué)術(shù)道德、遵守學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范的素養(yǎng)。透徹了解學(xué)術(shù)誠(chéng)信的基本要求,懂得在學(xué)術(shù)研究中規(guī)避抄襲、剽竊、捏造數(shù)據(jù)等行為,自覺(jué)維護(hù)學(xué)術(shù)研究的真實(shí)性、客觀性和嚴(yán)肅性。(2)思想修養(yǎng):具備政治認(rèn)同、家國(guó)情懷、文化素養(yǎng)、敬業(yè)精神、憲法法治意識(shí)等基本的思想修養(yǎng)。能夠做到知行合一,樹(shù)立正確的學(xué)術(shù)理想,具備求真務(wù)實(shí)的學(xué)術(shù)態(tài)度和勤奮好學(xué)的學(xué)術(shù)精神。Chapter1Marriage,FamilyandtheHome(一)學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)Afterstudyingthisunit,thestudentsareexpectedtobeableto:(1)understandthemainideaofthetwointerviewsandlectures;(2)beabletotalkaboutmarriage,familystories,familylessonsandhowwelearntobehaveundertheinfluenceofthem;(3)practiceandlearntousethefourskills:ListeningSkills,SpeakingSkills,VocabularySkillsandNoteTakingSkills;(4)prepareanddeliveranoralpresentationonanaspectofgroupdynamics.(二)考核內(nèi)容ListeningSkills:Listeningforfactualinformation;listeningfordetails;listeningforstressedwords.SpeakingSkills:Sharingyouropinion;respondingtoquestionswithshortanswers;thinkingcriticallyaboutthetopic;askingandansweringquestions.VocabularySkills:Readingandthinkingaboutthetopic;examiningandguessingvocabularyin/fromthecontext.NoteTakingSkills:Personalizingthetopic;graspingmainideasandsupportingdetails;organizingnotesincolumns.(三)考核要求1.識(shí)記:Allthenewwordsandexpressionslearnedinthischapter.2.領(lǐng)會(huì):Readingandthinkingaboutthetopic;personalizingthetopic;graspingmainideasandsupportingdetails.3.應(yīng)用:Listeningforfactualinformation;listeningfordetails;listeningforstressedwords;examiningandguessingvocabularyin/fromthecontext.4.分析:Sharingyouropinion;respondingtoquestionswithshortanswers.5.綜合:Organizingnotesincolumns.6.評(píng)價(jià):Evaluatingthelecturesandspeechesofmarriage,familyandthehome.Chapter2ThePoweroftheGroup(一)學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)Afterstudyingthisunit,thestudentsareexpectedtobeableto:(1)understandthemainideaofthetwointerviewsandlectures;(2)beabletotalkaboutthepowerofthegroup,includinglivingwithteenagers,expressionsaboutgroupsandcultureshock:grouppressureinaction;(3)practiceandlearntousethefourskills:ListeningSkills,SpeakingSkills,VocabularySkillsandNoteTakingSkills;(4)prepareanddeliveranoralpresentationonanaspectofgroupdynamics.(二)考核內(nèi)容ListeningSk etopic;Personalizingthetopic.3.應(yīng)用:Listeningforspecificinformation;Listeningformainideas;Listeningforstressedwords;Listeningforsignalwords.4.分析:Brainstormingaboutthetopic;Sharingyouropinion;Answeringmultiple-choicequestions;Applyingwhatyouhavelearned.5.綜合:Summarizingwhatyouhaveheard;Choosingaformatfororganizingyournotes.6.評(píng)價(jià):Evaluatingthelecturesandspeechesofmassmediatoday.Chapter6ImpactoftheMediaonOurLives(一)學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)Afterstudyingthisunit,thestudentsareexpectedtobeableto:(1)understandthemainideaofthetwointerviewsandlectures;(2)beabletotalkabouttheimpactofthemediaonourlives,includingtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthemedia,andthedangersofthemassmedia;(3)practiceandlearntousethefourskills:ListeningSkills,SpeakingSkills,VocabularySkillsandNoteTakingSkills.(4)prepareanddeliveranoralpresentationasagrouponanaspectofmediaandsociety.(二)考核內(nèi)容ListeningSkills:Listeningforspecificinformation;Listeningfortoneofvoice.SpeakingSkills:Personalizingthetopic;Sharingyouropinion;Thinkingcriticallyaboutthetopic;Conductingandpresentingyourownresearch;Applyingwhatyouhavelearned.VocabularySkills:Readingandthinkingaboutthetopic;Personalizingthetopic;Buildingbackgroundknowledgeonthetopic;Examiningvocabularyincontext;Guessingvocabularyfromcontext.NoteTakingSkills:Recordingnumericalinformation;Organizingyournotesasamap.(三)考核要求1.識(shí)記:Allthenewwordsandexpressionslearnedinthischapter.2.領(lǐng)會(huì):Personalizingthetopic;Sharingyouropinion.3.應(yīng)用:Buildingbackgroundknowledgeonthetopic;Examiningvocabularyincontext;Guessingvocabularyfromcontext;Listeningforspecificinformation;Listeningfortoneofvoice.4.分析:Thinkingcriticallyaboutthetopic;Conductingandpresentingyourownresearch;Applyingwhatyouhavelearned.5.綜合:Recordingnumericalinformation;Organizingyournotesasamap.6.評(píng)價(jià):Evaluatingthelecturesandspeechesofmassmediatoday.三、考核方式《學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)試聽(tīng)說(shuō)》采用過(guò)程性評(píng)價(jià)與終結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合的評(píng)價(jià)考核方式。(一)過(guò)程性評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程性評(píng)價(jià)主要由課堂綜合表現(xiàn)、小組模擬學(xué)術(shù)交流展示與個(gè)人學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)報(bào)告展示組成。(1)課堂綜合表現(xiàn)包括課前預(yù)習(xí)任務(wù)、課中回答問(wèn)題情況、主題討論與匯報(bào)、課堂演講、線上任務(wù)(包括但不限于學(xué)習(xí)通、WELearn平臺(tái)各類任務(wù))等。計(jì)分方式采用教師手動(dòng)記錄、組長(zhǎng)統(tǒng)計(jì)分?jǐn)?shù)、線上平臺(tái)自動(dòng)記錄等。每學(xué)期課前預(yù)習(xí)任務(wù)共計(jì)6次,主題討論與匯報(bào)1-2次,課堂演講1-2次,線上任務(wù)不少于3次,課中回答問(wèn)題不少于3次。(2)小組模擬學(xué)術(shù)交流展示指小組根據(jù)選定的學(xué)術(shù)主題創(chuàng)作模擬場(chǎng)景交流展示,全員參與并共同完成基于場(chǎng)景展示的創(chuàng)作背景、過(guò)程和意義的文字報(bào)告,展示形式根據(jù)課時(shí)需要可以是課堂現(xiàn)場(chǎng)展示或錄制視頻展示。根據(jù)內(nèi)容、語(yǔ)言、禮儀規(guī)范、時(shí)長(zhǎng)等指標(biāo)評(píng)分,同組學(xué)生得分相同,計(jì)分方式采用教師打分、組內(nèi)互評(píng)、組間互評(píng)相結(jié)合,每學(xué)期1次。(3)個(gè)人學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)報(bào)告展示指每位學(xué)生獨(dú)立完成自選主題的模擬學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告,并提交講稿,根據(jù)內(nèi)容、語(yǔ)言、
