本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)題目:曹村煤礦1.8Mt/a新井設(shè)計(jì)曹村礦下組煤底板高承壓水突出條件剖析及底板含水層探放水技術(shù)

摘要本設(shè)計(jì)包括三個(gè)部分:一般部分、專題部分和翻譯部分。一般部分為曹村礦1.8Mt/a新井初步設(shè)計(jì),共分10章:1.礦區(qū)概述及井田地質(zhì)特征;2.井田境界和儲量;3.礦井工作制度、設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)能力及服務(wù)年限;4.井田開拓;5.準(zhǔn)備方式-采區(qū)巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下運(yùn)輸;8.礦井提升;9.礦井通風(fēng)與安全技術(shù);10.礦井基本技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。曹村礦位于山西省臨汾市北部霍州市東南約7km處,其地理坐標(biāo)為東經(jīng):井田內(nèi)有鐵路專用支線4.5km,礦區(qū)公路已與相鄰井田的公路構(gòu)成網(wǎng)絡(luò),交通極為方便。井田走向長度1.1~4.4km,平均走向長度為3.65km,傾向長度為2.5~3.5km,平均傾向長度為3.1km,水平面積為12.1706km2。主采煤層四層,即2、9、10、11號煤層,平均傾角8.3°,總厚約16m。井田工業(yè)儲量為248.42Mt,可采儲量163.40Mt,礦井服務(wù)年限為69.83a。礦井最大涌水量為482m3/h,平均涌水量為400m3/h;煤質(zhì)為焦煤;全礦井相對瓦斯涌出量為0.067m3/t,屬低瓦斯礦井;煤層屬不自燃發(fā)火煤層,煤塵具有爆炸危險(xiǎn)性。根據(jù)井田地質(zhì)條件,提出四個(gè)技術(shù)上可行開拓方案。方案一:立井兩水平煤層大巷(直接延深),兩水平分別布置在2#煤層340m、200m水平處;方案二:立井兩水平煤層大巷(暗斜井延深),兩水平分別布置在2#煤層340m、200m水平處;方案三:立井兩水平煤層大巷(直接延深),兩水平分別布置在2#煤層340m、200m水平處;方案四:立井兩水平煤層大巷(直接延深),兩水平分別布置在2#煤層340m、200m水平處。通過技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)比較,最終確定方案一為最優(yōu)方案。將主采煤層劃分為兩個(gè)水平,一水平標(biāo)高340m,二水平標(biāo)高200m,將井田分為南北兩大部分,井田南部為一水平服務(wù)范圍,井田北部為二水平服務(wù)范圍。設(shè)計(jì)首采區(qū)采用采區(qū)準(zhǔn)備方式,工作面長度160m,采用放頂煤采煤法,全部跨落法處理采空區(qū)。礦井采用“三八”制作業(yè),兩班半生產(chǎn),半班檢修。生產(chǎn)班每班2個(gè)循環(huán),日進(jìn)5個(gè)循環(huán),循環(huán)進(jìn)尺0.8m,日產(chǎn)量5788.8t。大巷采用帶式輸送機(jī)運(yùn)煤,輔助運(yùn)輸采用架線式電機(jī)車牽引1.5t固定車廂式礦車運(yùn)輸設(shè)備和材料。主井裝備一套12t雙箕斗和一套12t單箕斗帶平衡錘提煤,副井裝備一對1.5t礦車雙乘四車標(biāo)準(zhǔn)窄罐籠帶平衡錘擔(dān)負(fù)輔助運(yùn)輸任務(wù)。礦井采用中央并列式通風(fēng)。通風(fēng)容易時(shí)期礦井總需風(fēng)量5842.2m3/min,礦井通風(fēng)總阻力1027.8Pa,風(fēng)阻0.351N·s2/m8,等積孔2.01m2,礦井通風(fēng)容易。礦井通風(fēng)困難時(shí)期礦井總風(fēng)量6598.2m3/min,礦井通風(fēng)總阻力2239.5Pa,風(fēng)阻0.620N·s2/m8,等積孔1.51m2,礦井通風(fēng)中等困難。專題部分題目是曹村礦下組煤底板高承壓水突出條件剖析及底板含水層探放水技術(shù)。翻譯部分是一篇關(guān)于基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的礦井安全評估體系研究,英文原文題目為:ResearchonCoalMineSafetyEvaluationSystemBasedonRiskManagement。關(guān)鍵詞:立井;采區(qū);兩水平;上下山開采;放頂煤;雙巷掘進(jìn);中央并列式

中文譯文:基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的礦井安全評估體系研究摘要:在近幾年,煤礦安全問題成為中國仍需解決的問題。目前我們煤礦安全管理方式主要是滯后性管理,是一種經(jīng)驗(yàn)式管理,不能從根本上解決煤礦安全存在的主要問題?;陲L(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的煤礦安全突發(fā)事件預(yù)先控制是一種過程管理,通過研究煤礦安全事故的起因,根據(jù)危機(jī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)定義來區(qū)分風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)模和控制辦法,依據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的相關(guān)信息評估決定危機(jī)的早期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和之后的動態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),最后提出危機(jī)應(yīng)對方式,消除煤礦的安全隱患。所以風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理對于煤礦安全事故的作用取決于對于掌握風(fēng)險(xiǎn)起因的程度,并且可以避免風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生。這篇關(guān)于煤礦安全管理評估體系論文的發(fā)表,主要是為了評估煤礦風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的影響。關(guān)鍵詞:風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)先控制;煤礦安全管理;評估體系1.前言近幾年,中國煤礦事故頻發(fā),這對于國家和人民來說,不僅造成了重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,而且?guī)砹松钸h(yuǎn)的社會政治影響。找到解決煤礦安全事故的方法迫在眉睫。依據(jù)現(xiàn)代安全管理理論的發(fā)展,安全管理進(jìn)程可以被分為經(jīng)驗(yàn)管理,體系管理,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)先控制管理和文化管理。文化管理是最后一個(gè)階段,安全管理是最高等級的安全管理。中國目前煤礦安全管理主要是一種滯后性管理。處在安全管理的第一階段,是一種經(jīng)驗(yàn)管理,不能從根本上解決煤礦安全管理出現(xiàn)的主要問題,這使得實(shí)現(xiàn)煤礦長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展變得更不可能。煤礦安全管理作為一種過程管理相較于事故被提前了解,事故起因,通過危險(xiǎn)鑒定,降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響規(guī)模,監(jiān)控,監(jiān)控與警告,最后降低和消除風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來源,消除煤礦事故。煤礦危機(jī)預(yù)先控制管理也是一種封閉式環(huán)狀管理模式,即通過逐步的迅速檢修發(fā)現(xiàn)煤礦安全管理漏洞,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)長久的安全管理。于是,實(shí)現(xiàn)基于煤礦安全管理的評估內(nèi)涵。2.基于煤礦風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的安全管理內(nèi)涵基于煤礦安全管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn),現(xiàn)在認(rèn)識到的主要包括:A.基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的煤礦安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理煤礦安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的產(chǎn)生是由于在事故發(fā)生前對事故風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的判斷所導(dǎo)致的,減小風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)模,監(jiān)控,監(jiān)控和警告,最后降低和消除風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來源,消除煤礦事故。在煤礦安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中,鑒定是關(guān)鍵,根據(jù)日常形成的體系,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)鑒定可以鑒定煤礦安全等級。依據(jù)煤礦事故,礦井安全等級可以被確定,但是鑒定機(jī)制一定必須是完整的,就像阻止事故發(fā)生。B.原理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與煤礦安全管理措施當(dāng)煤礦安全管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)鑒定發(fā)布,仍然需要對危險(xiǎn)源進(jìn)行全面的改善,形成管理基控制礎(chǔ)原理,以至于在未來可以利用管理基礎(chǔ)原理控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的發(fā)生。怎樣去把握管理原理,原理通過規(guī)劃管理原理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和完成管理措施的程度來阻止事故的發(fā)生。管理原理涉及到管理原理網(wǎng),事故未發(fā)生的程度,管理措施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法。C.煤礦安全管理中對于相關(guān)人員不安全舉動的管理查看過去煤礦事故發(fā)生起因,大多數(shù)是因?yàn)檠芯咳藛T未能引導(dǎo)相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行安全行為,所以才導(dǎo)致事故發(fā)生,所以煤礦相關(guān)人員不安全行為是關(guān)鍵。對于煤礦相關(guān)人員危險(xiǎn)行為的管理不同于安全行為管理,它的主要內(nèi)容包括:通過對計(jì)算出的相關(guān)人員為形成個(gè)人機(jī)制而做的不穩(wěn)定付出進(jìn)行分析,煤礦相關(guān)不穩(wěn)定人員區(qū)分管理的規(guī)律,決定管理方式和控制辦法。D.煤礦安全管理的安全措施煤礦安全措施旨在為日常煤礦風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)先控制提供方法,包括相關(guān)制度的設(shè)置,激勵獎勵和規(guī)劃懲處機(jī)制,管理運(yùn)行體系設(shè)定,明確的責(zé)任歸屬,完善的監(jiān)管原理,礦井氛圍建設(shè)比如合理的任命。E.煤礦安全管理支持聯(lián)系建設(shè)煤礦安全管理輔助聯(lián)系建設(shè)包括煤礦應(yīng)急救援體系建設(shè),煤礦工人生命安全保障體系建設(shè),煤礦環(huán)境管理以及煤礦使用等等。3.基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理發(fā)布煤礦安全評估內(nèi)涵基于煤礦安全管理的評估體系主要為了實(shí)現(xiàn)煤礦安全評估體系建設(shè),危機(jī)管理是核心,主要評估內(nèi)容包括:A)煤礦危機(jī)管理評估是否可以在煤礦應(yīng)用,危機(jī)鑒定中的危機(jī)管理,靜態(tài)危機(jī)和動態(tài)危機(jī)或者綜合的類型,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相關(guān)信息的監(jiān)測,危機(jī)預(yù)先控制措施,所有的危機(jī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是真正的警告方式,警告是適時(shí)地,預(yù)先控制是有理由或是沒有。B)煤礦危機(jī)管理評估是否可以在煤礦應(yīng)用,危機(jī)鑒定中的危機(jī)管理,靜態(tài)危機(jī)和動態(tài)危機(jī)或者綜合的類型,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相關(guān)信息的監(jiān)測,危機(jī)預(yù)先控制措施,所有的危機(jī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是真正的警告方式,警告是適時(shí)地,預(yù)先控制是有理由或是沒有。C)煤炭自然組織管理評估是否完善,包括相關(guān)體系設(shè)定完善,獎勵和懲處機(jī)制,管理體系運(yùn)作是否完善,是否閉合環(huán)路,責(zé)任是否明確,監(jiān)督機(jī)制是否完善,煤礦氛圍反應(yīng)出安全觀念,煤礦氛圍管理是否適當(dāng),煤礦安全管理和評估是否放到正確的位置。D)本質(zhì)上是不安全行為管理的煤礦安全管理評價(jià)是精確或者是不適當(dāng)?shù)兀▽Σ话踩袨槭欠窈侠磉M(jìn)行分析的機(jī)制,相關(guān)人群控制管理的不安全行為意味著是否合理與有效。E)煤礦自然安全管理的本質(zhì)。管理的因素是否全面,這些因素是否在掌控之中。F)煤礦安全管理輔助聯(lián)
