2.TheEmployeemayterminatethisContractinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContractorduetothefollowingreasons:

a.TheEmployerfailstoprovidetheagreedsalaryorbenefits;

b.TheEmployerviolatesthelaborlawsandregulations;

c.TheEmployeeisunabletoperformhisorherdutiesduetoillnessorotherreasons.

VII.Confidentiality

1.BothpartiesagreetokeepconfidentialanyconfidentialinformationobtainedduringtheexecutionofthisContract.

2.TheEmployeeshallnotdiscloseanyconfidentialinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.

VIII.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
