TransportationOrganizationsofFreshandLiveGoods托運(yùn)人、收貨人和承運(yùn)人在辦理易腐貨物運(yùn)輸時(shí)，均應(yīng)遵守《鐵路鮮活貨物運(yùn)輸規(guī)則》附件1“易腐貨物機(jī)械冷藏車運(yùn)輸條件表”的規(guī)定知識(shí)點(diǎn)一托運(yùn)與承運(yùn)KnowledgePointIConsignmentandAcceptanceforCarriage（1）易腐貨物的運(yùn)輸條件TransportationconditionsforperishablegoodsWhenhandlingthetransportationofperishablegoods,theshipper,consigneeandcarriershallcomplywiththeprovisionsofAnnex1"TableofTransportationConditionsofPerishableGoodsinMechanicalReefers"ofthe"RulesfortheRailwayTransportationofFreshandLiveCargoes"易腐貨物通常按整車運(yùn)輸，也可用冷藏集裝箱運(yùn)輸，經(jīng)鐵路公司確定，在一定季節(jié)和一定區(qū)域內(nèi)不易腐爛、變質(zhì)、凍損的貨物也可用棚車和通用集裝箱運(yùn)輸Perishablegoodsareusuallytransportedinfullcarloads,butcanalsobetransportedinreefercontainers.Asdeterminedbytherailwaycompany,goodsthatarenotperishable,easytodeteriorateorfrostdamagedinacertainseasonorinacertainareacanalsobetransportedinshedcarsandgeneralcontainers（2）易腐貨物的運(yùn)輸種類Typesoftransportofperishablegoods知識(shí)點(diǎn)一托運(yùn)與承運(yùn)KnowledgePointIConsignmentandAcceptanceforCarriage不同熱狀態(tài)的易腐貨物不得按一批托運(yùn)Perishablegoodsindifferentthermalstatesshallnotbetransportedinbatchconsignment（3）按一批托運(yùn)的規(guī)定Bybatchconsignment按一批托運(yùn)的整車易腐貨物，一般限運(yùn)同一品名Fullcarloadsofperishablegoodsinbatchconsignment,isgenerallylimitedtothesameproduct不同品名的易腐貨物，如運(yùn)輸溫度要求接近、貨物性質(zhì)允許混裝的，Perishablegoodsofdifferentitemsarepermittedtobetransportedtogether,ifthetemperaturerequirementsfortransportationconditionandthenatureofthegoodsareclose可按一批托運(yùn)，在同一機(jī)械冷藏車內(nèi)組織混裝運(yùn)輸Onbatchconsignmentbasis,mixedshipmentscanbeorganisedinthesamemechanicalreefer托運(yùn)人應(yīng)與發(fā)站和乘務(wù)組商定運(yùn)輸條件，簽訂運(yùn)輸協(xié)議，并將運(yùn)輸條件記錄在Theshippershallagreeontheconditionsofcarriagewiththedeparturestationandthecrew,signacarriageagreementandrecordtheconditionsofcarriage貨物運(yùn)單“托運(yùn)人記事”欄和“機(jī)械冷藏車作業(yè)單”內(nèi)inboththe"ShipperNotes"inthecargodocumentandinthe"MechanicalReeferOperationSheet"知識(shí)點(diǎn)一托運(yùn)與承運(yùn)KnowledgePointIConsignmentandAcceptanceforCarriage（3）按一批托運(yùn)的規(guī)定Bybatchconsignment一般情況下，下列貨物不能混裝運(yùn)輸：Ingeneral,thefollowinggoodscannotbetransportedinamixedway具有強(qiáng)烈氣味的貨物和容易吸收異味的貨物Goodswithstrongodorandgoodsthatabsorbodoreasily1.易產(chǎn)生乙烯氣體的貨物和對(duì)乙烯敏感的貨物Goodsthatareethylenegas-proneandethylene-sensitive2.水果和肉類，蔬菜和乳制品Fruitandmeat,vegetablesanddairyproducts3.知識(shí)點(diǎn)一托運(yùn)與承運(yùn)KnowledgePointIConsignmentandAcceptanceforCarriage知識(shí)點(diǎn)一托運(yùn)與承運(yùn)KnowledgePointIConsignmentandAcceptanceforCarriage（4）運(yùn)單填寫Waybillcompletion托運(yùn)易腐貨物，托運(yùn)人應(yīng)在運(yùn)單“貨物名稱”欄內(nèi)填寫具體的貨物品名，并在“托運(yùn)人記事欄”注明其品類順號(hào)及熱狀態(tài)Forconsignmentsofperishablegoods,theshippershallfillinthespecificnameofthegoodsinthe"Nameofthegoods"columnofthewaybillandindicateinthe"ShipperNotes"columntheirclassnumberandthermalstatusNameofgoods貨物品名品類順號(hào)、熱狀態(tài)CategorySequenceNo.,thermal
