1、說是分享其實有點心虛，因為畢竟是陳年舊事，而且最后的結(jié)果羞于啟齒?？墒悄?，因為經(jīng)歷了這個過程，所以還是有一些個人的感覺，希望能對即將面對交大提前面試的朋友們有所幫助！1、資料準備：不論是對提前批面試還是參加完聯(lián)考之后的面試來說，所有準備的內(nèi)容都是一樣的，所以如果大家是非交大不念的話，那么就要很規(guī)范的、很用心的去準備這些東西，看似有些復雜，但實際上除了“十年規(guī)劃”和“業(yè)績報告”是要體現(xiàn)個人想法之外，其余的東西都不是自己能把握的！ 在寫十年規(guī)劃的時候只要認準一點，就是在提筆之前一定要對自己的未來有一個目標，只要有了這個目標，那么才能真正全面的規(guī)劃好之后十年的職業(yè)生涯，而且如果有了明確的目標就會發(fā)現(xiàn)

2、，完成十年規(guī)劃并不困難，只要把實現(xiàn)目標的每一步預見一下就可以了 個人業(yè)績報告本身體現(xiàn)的是工作表現(xiàn)，內(nèi)容上一定要體現(xiàn)出具體的數(shù)字，同時也要有對比，比如“如果沒有執(zhí)行怎樣的決策，公司將損失多少”或“因為采用了怎樣的建議，是的公司盈利提高多少”，這樣的內(nèi)容更加有說服力！2、個人面試：交大的個人面試一般會有三個考官，其中一個來自企業(yè)，兩個來自管院，在你走進考場前，考官也是剛剛拿到你提交的所有資料。所以這份資料是您給考官的第一印象，在自我介紹之后，三個考官會輪流提問，內(nèi)容主要就是兩部分：一、工作情況；二、十年規(guī)劃內(nèi)容。他們在提問的時候不會讓你感覺到問題的傾向性，但實際上所有的內(nèi)容都是在考察你資料上的東西

3、，還有對未來的規(guī)劃是否清晰。需要注意的是，個人面試的最終目的就是看你是否有成為管理者的潛質(zhì)，所以在回答任何問題的時候腦袋里都要想著這個問題！3、小組面試：交大的小組面試有兩種形式，一是小組討論、一是辯論，2008年1月聯(lián)考后的面試采用了辯論的形式，但這次提前面試的方法暫時沒有確定。但不論是哪一種，只有一個核心目的，考察這個團隊的合作、協(xié)調(diào)觀念。 一般在參加面試當天，首先會進行抽簽，其實這次抽簽之后小組的人員就已經(jīng)確定，在每個人參加完個人面試之后，大家會陸續(xù)在一個教室等候，其實這個時候參加小組面試的成員就已經(jīng)開始陸續(xù)集合到一起。等候其他組員的時間是可以好好利用的，大家可以把自己知道的關于小組面試

4、的技巧統(tǒng)一到一起，尤其是要告訴那些之前沒有接觸過面試輔導的人，這樣才能首先保證整個小組有個比較好的水平。千萬不要想著只是自己表現(xiàn)突出，如果處理不好很可能適得其反！ 如果是辯論切忌爭論不休，切忌圍繞一點爭執(zhí)不下！ 現(xiàn)在能想到的只有這些了，如果有了新的靈感我會再繼續(xù)的，大家要是有什么問題也可以提問，我盡量回答! 最后還是中心希望各位能成為1/120，明年成功考入交大! 2008年9月18日既然取之于民就用之于民，我面試前從論壇里劃了不少好東西，這里就談談我的感受。我是21日下午面試的，總體感覺一般，反正就是一個機會能成功就好，不行就按正常路徑走。面試前也把整個論壇搜索了一把，很多資料還是很不錯的，

5、各位去面試的都應該看看，應該好好準備個人綜合面試，英語面試不難一般都能過，小組討論能準備的也不多把規(guī)則搞清楚，事先和小組同學溝通一下。因為我是小組里最后一個面試完的，因此幾乎沒有很小組成員說幾句就直接進去小組討論了。首先、英語面試一個老外、另一個應該是英語老師或助教，一般主要是老外問，問題由簡單到復雜，問我的問題如下：你叫什么？那里畢業(yè)？畢業(yè)幾年？從事什么工作？什么職位？如何組織和管理團隊？如何激發(fā)和處理和下屬關系。（后兩個問題是因為我是部門負責人，老外根據(jù)你的情況從他手上紙里的一堆問題里挑的），由此看出英語主要是考察你能否說英語，不是考你管理問題，因此回答不用太復雜。英語時間面試很短基本也就

6、4分鐘，一般不會超過6分鐘，除非你自己太能說。其次、個人綜合面試，這個最重要，要好好準備。面試我的是2男一女，態(tài)度都不錯，可能我是最后一個綜合面試的他們有點累了，先自我介紹2分鐘（我應該是超時的，因為我自己準備的是4分半，這個介紹很重要，一定要突出自己，掌握好度，建議事先讓有面試經(jīng)驗的朋友或同事聽你說一下）。因為面試很多人，老師不可能都能集中精力，因此無論在你說的時候他們表情如何都始終要面帶微笑，充滿自信的把你的話說完。問我的問題都很簡單，隨便聊了幾句。一般是1520分鐘左右。最后是小組討論，我們這次是小組辯論，8個人分成4VS4的正反兩組，題目是投資初創(chuàng)科技企業(yè)應該是以重視項目為重（正方）還

7、是以重視團隊建設（反方），個人認為這個沒有辦法準備只有靠臨場發(fā)揮，即不能太張揚，也不能太低調(diào)。自己掌握好度，把自己表現(xiàn)出來就好。我是抱著試試的心態(tài)去的，因此比較輕松，而且是少數(shù)幾個沒有穿西裝去的。（天很熱，穿西裝的同學們基本是滿頭汗，有點狼狽哦，但天氣涼爽還應該穿西裝去的）我也是21日下午參加面試的。簡要的說一下當天的情況，為了第二第三批面試的兄弟能有所參考。我估計自己也許是21日面試的160個人里面最年輕的一個了，在工作經(jīng)驗和全局觀念上并不占優(yōu)勢，所以自己心態(tài)也比較平和，畢竟面試材料讓我通過就已經(jīng)算是一種肯定了。面試流程樓上的兄弟已經(jīng)講的比較清楚了，我這里不再多說。英語問我的問題是：平時有什

56、raduating from UIBE, I was employed as the assistant to the funding manager by China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. After reading a lot of related files, and analyzing the overall funding situation of the corporation, I found that the loan policy was not been put into effect. So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This r
