1、鄉(xiāng)環(huán)境綜合整治自查自糾報告 鄉(xiāng)環(huán)境綜合整治自查自糾報告 x年，我鄉(xiāng)在市委的正確領導下，按照*委辦號文件精神和市實施“543”工程建設工作安排，為抓好環(huán)衛(wèi)整治，加強環(huán)境保護工作，我鄉(xiāng)圍繞從源頭抓起，從基礎抓起，嚴格控制，重點治理，全面達標的總體要求，著力抓好社區(qū)環(huán)境、生態(tài)環(huán)境和企業(yè)環(huán)境建設，不斷改善生態(tài)環(huán)境、人居環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展環(huán)境，全鄉(xiāng)環(huán)保工作取得了一定成績,現(xiàn)將環(huán)保工作自查報告如下： 一工作開展情況 1. 目標任務完成情況 一是整治了場鄉(xiāng)亂擺攤設點，亂堆亂放等現(xiàn)象，規(guī)范了市場管理。二是投資增設了垃圾臨時存放點6個。三是爭取場鎮(zhèn)污水處理項目，正準備實施。四是綠化了村社道路屋頂花園。2.加大宣傳力

2、度，統(tǒng)一思想，提高認識。一是鄉(xiāng)黨委高度重視，召開了環(huán)保工作專題會議，傳達貫徹了環(huán)保工作條例，在分析我鄉(xiāng)環(huán)境保護工作現(xiàn)狀的同時，認真學習有關環(huán)境保護的法律法規(guī)，政策文件，增強大家的環(huán)保意識。在此基礎上，召開了全鄉(xiāng)各村委會負責人、各單位、企業(yè)負責人會議。二是利用標語、板報等多種形式進行了宣傳。三是組織利用中小學講課時對學生進行環(huán)保知識教育學習。四是發(fā)放各類宣傳材料和宣傳資料共計200份，辦板報宣傳5期，懸掛宣傳橫幅，出動車輛，以社區(qū)、學校、公路沿線為陣地對相關法律法規(guī)、政策巡回宣傳，大力宣傳環(huán)保法律法規(guī)和環(huán)保知識。五是開展環(huán)保進社區(qū)活動。通過形式多樣的宣傳發(fā)動，使全鄉(xiāng)廣大群眾了解環(huán)保法的有關法律、

3、法規(guī)，增強了廣大群眾環(huán)境保護意識，真正營造起了良好的輿論氛圍。3.領導重視，職責明確 為確保全鄉(xiāng)環(huán)保工作扎實有效開展，鄉(xiāng)黨委、政府十分重視，切實貫徹落實環(huán)境保護目標責任書的各項要求和指標，切實加強對環(huán)保工作的領導。堅持“一把手，負總責”的原則，成立了環(huán)保工作領導小組，由鄉(xiāng)長任組長，分管副鄉(xiāng)長任副組長、相關部門為成員的環(huán)境保護工作領導小組，領導小組下設辦公室，具體負責環(huán)境保護日常工作，明確職責。4.加大投入，加強基礎設施建設 全鄉(xiāng)圍繞新農村建設，以改善農村生產生活設施條件為著力點，推進農村環(huán)境保護工作。全鄉(xiāng)建環(huán)保節(jié)能沼氣，改廚改廁，改造率已達60%。從根本上解決農民用水難的問題。5.齊抓共管，加

4、強整治 環(huán)境保護是我國一項基本國策，但有些群眾涉及到自身利益時，破壞周邊環(huán)境時有發(fā)生。為了加強環(huán)境保護，我鄉(xiāng)將按以下幾個方面加強環(huán)境保護管理：一是加大場鎮(zhèn)環(huán)境整治力度，以“創(chuàng)建環(huán)境優(yōu)美鄉(xiāng)”為契機改善場鎮(zhèn)人居環(huán)境；二是加強對轄區(qū)內餐飲、服務業(yè)等監(jiān)督管理，宣傳貫徹排污收費條例；三是加強落實規(guī)?；B(yǎng)殖場污染防疫工作；加強農業(yè)生態(tài)環(huán)境的整治。針對農忙季節(jié)，農民大批焚燒秸桿的問題明確專人負責，制定有效措施，加大宣傳，劃定明確的禁燒區(qū)，及時下發(fā)通知進行制止，加強思想教育，使農民群眾認識焚燒秸桿弊多利少，危害大，有不少農民主動停止危害環(huán)境的行為。通過各項措施的落實，全鄉(xiāng)轄區(qū)內無大面積露天焚燒秸稈的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生；

5、四是加強衛(wèi)生死角的整治。引導居民養(yǎng)成良好的衛(wèi)生習慣入手，開展社區(qū)衛(wèi)生突擊整治和創(chuàng)建綠色人居環(huán)境活動。6.生態(tài)建設與保護：一是生態(tài)環(huán)境保護工程，加強山、林、水的保護，嚴厲制止開山采石，破壞渠堰行為，保護水土流失。沒有因開山采石、采砂破壞生態(tài)事故的發(fā)生；二是實施生態(tài)農業(yè)工程，優(yōu)化產業(yè)結構，積極推廣有機復合和無公害農作物；三是督促全鄉(xiāng)規(guī)?；B(yǎng)殖戶完善污染治理措施，養(yǎng)殖廢水沼氣化處理及時利用。四是實施了環(huán)境綠化美化工作，很抓退耕還林，天保管護工程，實施了天然林保護工程。二存在的問題 一是我鄉(xiāng)沒有環(huán)保配套設施，場鎮(zhèn)生活污水、生活垃圾、需進一步整治。二是環(huán)保投入缺口較大，沒有資金添置環(huán)衛(wèi)設施和對現(xiàn)有設施的
