reading單元：module 2 unit 1 tales of the unexplained板塊：reading 1設(shè)計(jì)思路：本節(jié)課為閱讀課的第一課時(shí)，主要是解決對課文內(nèi)容的理解和學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)閱讀技巧。本文的體裁是新聞報(bào)道，采用新聞報(bào)告的常規(guī)要點(diǎn)為切入口，從title和五個(gè)“w”一個(gè)“h”這幾個(gè)方面構(gòu)畫出新聞報(bào)道清晰的框架結(jié)構(gòu)并教學(xué)生如何閱讀此類文章，如何在此類文章中捕捉所需要的信息。教學(xué)方法還是通過預(yù)測、略讀和尋讀等常規(guī)技巧，幫助學(xué)生了解課文內(nèi)容。教學(xué)步驟的設(shè)計(jì)以培養(yǎng)聽、說、讀、寫能力為主。 teaching aims:after learning the passage, students will be able to know typical writing features in news articles and learn how to read a newspaper article and how to get the important information in it, thus reinforcing their reading abilities in reading this kind of material. besides, students should be encouraged to express themselves in both written and oral english so that their language learning abilities can be enhanced. teaching procedures:step 1 lead-in warm-up questions: ( show students some pictures about ufos.)1. have you ever seen a ufo? ( n0.) do they come from outer space? ( maybe.)2. have you ever seen aliens? ( no.)(watch a short video about aliens. then tell students well read an article that has something to do with the ufo and aliens.“boy missing , police puzzled.”)3. do you think the title “boy missing, police puzzled ” is complete? (no, it is incomplete.) can you complete the title? (“a boy is missing, and the police are puzzled”)4. do you know why the writer uses an incomplete sentence as its title? ( because it is brief. in fact this is one feature of a news title. the title of a news story is usually incomplete, attractive, exact and direct ) 5. what information can you get from the title?
