The working standards must be from the current process. 1. 目的是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作色板必須來(lái)自當(dāng)前的工序。 Compare each production sample produced to the #1 (Light Standard) customer approved color master 對(duì)照經(jīng)客戶批準(zhǔn)的#1 (最大允許淺色) 主色板來(lái) 比較生產(chǎn)出的每件樣品 2. Working Standards must match customers color masters 2. 目的是使標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作色板必須與客戶的主色板相匹配 Verify color match of sample to standard 確認(rèn) 樣板與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)色板的顏色相符 Place the color master in the Approved Color Booth w/ Macbeth D65 Daylight & Sylvania 60 Watt Incandescent Bulbs. 把主色板放在經(jīng)過(guò)批準(zhǔn)的燈房?jī)?nèi)，燈房必須配有 Macbeth D65日光和Sylvania 60瓦白熾燈泡。 Gives the most consistant lighting for color matching.This is the required lighting per the specification. Other light sources produce an inconsistent visual evaluation. 目的是在進(jìn)行顏色匹配時(shí)提供最一致的照明。這是符 合技術(shù)規(guī)格要求的照明。其他的光源會(huì)產(chǎn)生不一致的 視覺(jué)評(píng)價(jià)。 Select Color samples 選出工作樣板 1. Set aside the samples that match. 1. 把與主色板顏色匹配的樣品放在一邊。 To prevent mixing of approved samples with other product. 目的是為防止把已經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的樣品與其他產(chǎn)品相混合。 2. Identify those samples as follows: a) #1 - Light Standard b) Approval signature c) Approval date 2. 識(shí)別樣品的如下項(xiàng)目： a) #1 - 最大允許淺色 b) 批準(zhǔn)簽字 c) 批準(zhǔn)日期 3.
