17、子多年來(lái)多次參加研究生的面試，自然有一些感想和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。特別是 今年考生成績(jī)很高而淘汰比例又很大的情況下，這兩天參加完本單位 準(zhǔn)研究生面試后，感覺(jué)到很有必要寫(xiě)篇博文與正準(zhǔn)備參加復(fù)試的準(zhǔn)研 究生或未來(lái)準(zhǔn)備考研的同學(xué)做些交流。就個(gè)人的經(jīng)歷，自己很少遇到過(guò)面試的準(zhǔn)研究生能充分利用很短的面試時(shí)間來(lái)展示其最好的能力 和水平的。由于這些年參加本單位面試的準(zhǔn)研究生很多，一位學(xué)生的面試時(shí) 間都很短，幾分鐘到十幾分鐘，這么短時(shí)間要測(cè)試考生的綜合能力和 英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力，對(duì)考生和老師都是一種挑戰(zhàn)。我們的考生有的是有能力水平但不知道怎樣利用回答問(wèn)題來(lái)展 示自己，有的是沒(méi)有能力水平也不知道怎樣利用回答問(wèn)題來(lái)展示自 己。前者是

18、考生自然是自己吃了虧，后者是沒(méi)有辦法。為了使考生面試時(shí)不太緊張和由于中國(guó)人習(xí)慣不直說(shuō)，教師提問(wèn)題一般都是采用看“由表及里”、觀(guān)“由此及彼”、聽(tīng)“弦外之音” 和輔“旁敲側(cè)擊”等“狡猾”方式，以判斷學(xué)生的能力水平并打分 的。教師最想考核的是學(xué)生的研究潛能和能力，承然優(yōu)秀的研究潛能和能力需要有扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)和專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)作為基礎(chǔ)！本文不談面試的服裝、禮儀、坐姿、表情、目光等一般問(wèn)題，而 是羅列一些面試時(shí)的問(wèn)答例子。Q.請(qǐng)簡(jiǎn)單介紹你的情況。A.有的同學(xué)以為很容易答，馬上介紹他的姓名、年齡、父母、出生地等等。其實(shí)這是浪費(fèi)時(shí) 間，請(qǐng)想一下由上述情況能給你什么高分！考生應(yīng)該是重點(diǎn)介紹能展現(xiàn)自己水平能力的一面，如學(xué)習(xí)
