1、紅茶的演講稿 篇一:茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展演講稿 做大做強茶產(chǎn)業(yè) 打造茶葉第一鎮(zhèn) 九畹溪鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展辦 喬莉 尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo),各位同事 : 大家好 , 我叫喬莉,是九畹溪政府經(jīng)濟發(fā)展辦的一員, 今天我演講的題目是做大做強茶產(chǎn)業(yè) 打造茶葉第一鎮(zhèn) 提到九畹溪,人們第一個想到的除了旅游就是茶葉,茶 葉作為九畹溪鎮(zhèn)的一個重要產(chǎn)業(yè),確實有引以為傲的地方。 我們的茶葉有悠久的歷史,早在清乾隆年間,九畹溪賢 人李高永,因賢達被乾隆帝召見,恩賜“登仕郎” 。李感念 皇恩,獻茶皇上,乾隆聞該茶幼芽斷面新奇,銀絲萬縷,銀 光奪目;品之深感此茶清香馥郁,滋味鮮爽,回味綿長。頓 時龍顏大悅, 賞蓋碗茶具一套, 并賜名“絲綿茶”

2、?!敖z綿茶” 由此得名。 我們的茶葉有得天獨厚的自然條件,九畹溪鎮(zhèn)有“晴天 早晚遍地霧,陰雨之時滿山云”的獨特地理和氣候條件,這 就造就了九畹絲綿茶銀絲萬縷、嫩性特強、回味綿長的獨特 品質(zhì)。 我們的茶葉有龍頭企業(yè)樹立標桿,九畹絲綿茶業(yè)有限公 司自成立以來按照標準化建園,生態(tài)化栽培,無害化管理, 傳承傳統(tǒng)工藝, 融合現(xiàn)代制茶技術(shù), 形成了“初精制一條龍, 產(chǎn)供銷一體化”的經(jīng)營模式,是秭歸縣茶葉生產(chǎn)企業(yè)中最具 特色,產(chǎn)品最優(yōu)的一家農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化重點龍頭企業(yè)。 我們的茶葉有政府的支持和農(nóng)民的熱情參與,全鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)有 茶園面積 13000 畝,政府十分重視茶葉發(fā)展,規(guī)劃到“十二 五”期末,茶葉面積將達到萬畝,茶

3、葉將成為全鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)民的主 導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),全力打造茶產(chǎn)業(yè)已成全鎮(zhèn)人民的共識,全鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)民正 以極大的熱情投入茶葉生產(chǎn)。 我們的茶葉有旅游路線為依托,九畹溪鎮(zhèn)有九畹溪漂 流、仙女山地質(zhì)公園等得天獨厚的旅游資源,片片茶園 點綴在旅游線路沿線,天然的茶園不但為游客提供茶園觀光 景觀,還可以為游客提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的、有價值的旅游產(chǎn)品。 雖然我們的茶葉發(fā)展已經(jīng)如此的繁榮,但作為鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟發(fā) 展辦的一員,作為茶葉專業(yè)村峽口村的聯(lián)村干部,我還 想借此機會對鎮(zhèn)茶葉發(fā)展提出自己的幾點建議: 一、加強茶葉統(tǒng)一品牌建設(shè),提高市場競爭力 以“科技興茶”作為突破口,通過實行有機茶、無公害 農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、食品安全管理體系、 QS認證,加強全鎮(zhèn)萬畝茶園的

4、標準化管理。重點是以注冊“九畹絲綿茶”商標為突破口, 通過建立絲綿茶質(zhì)量標準體系,加強對全鎮(zhèn)小作坊式茶葉加 工廠的生產(chǎn)管理, 把各類茶葉品牌有效整合為 “九畹絲綿茶” 品牌,舉全鎮(zhèn)之力對該品牌進行集中統(tǒng)一宣傳和推介,促使 “九畹絲綿茶”對外形成一個“拳頭” ,增強市場競爭力, 更好推動茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展。同時,加強對茶農(nóng)的技術(shù)培訓(xùn), 實施“科技興茶”。專門聘請市、縣茶葉技術(shù)專家擔(dān)任顧問, 按照標準化生產(chǎn)的要求,從種植、澆水、施肥、修剪、防治 病蟲到采收,特別是合理用藥和田間管理等環(huán)節(jié),對茶農(nóng)進 行全方位、系統(tǒng)化的技術(shù)指導(dǎo),扎實搞好基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施配套建設(shè), 營造防護林帶,栽植相生樹種,做到規(guī)范化操作,高標

5、準生 產(chǎn)。 另外,利用廣播宣講、科教片播放、組織茶農(nóng)外出學(xué)習(xí) 等多種形式,將新技術(shù)、新辦法及時地傳授給茶農(nóng),切實提 高茶農(nóng)栽培技術(shù)。為使九畹絲綿茶真正成為無污染綠色飲品, 加強了茶園科學(xué)管護,推廣應(yīng)用新技術(shù),特別是加大推廣生 物殺蟲燈等技術(shù)的力度,提高九畹絲綿茶的內(nèi)在品質(zhì)。嚴格 按照“無公害有機茶園”種植的規(guī)范要求,積極引導(dǎo)茶農(nóng)在 種植管理茶樹時,全部施用農(nóng)家土雜肥,堅決杜絕使用化肥 和農(nóng)藥,為加工優(yōu)質(zhì)茶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)原料,增強茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)抗御自 然風(fēng)險和市場風(fēng)險的能力。 二、實施基地帶動戰(zhàn)略,建設(shè)良種茶繁育基地 加快建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)示范園區(qū),全力夯實茶園基地建設(shè), 積極推進茶葉基地建設(shè)向“高、精、尖”方

6、向發(fā)展,將建成 高標準的生態(tài)示范園、旅游觀光園。按照因地制宜、統(tǒng)一規(guī) 劃、合理布局、集中成片、分步實施的原則,對各村莊宜茶 區(qū)域、宜茶品種作出具體規(guī)劃,明確劃分新老品種、有性 系與無性系的種植范圍,搞好不同品種、不同季節(jié)的合 理搭配。突出發(fā)展無性系良種茶園,對現(xiàn)有老茶園制定分次 分批進行良種化改造的計劃,運用有機茶生產(chǎn)規(guī)程逐步對現(xiàn) 有樹齡老化、樹勢弱化的茶園進行全面改造,形成萬畝無公 害茶葉生產(chǎn)基地,千畝有機茶生產(chǎn)基地。 三、打好旅游牌,以生態(tài)旅游促進茶業(yè)發(fā)展 一方面進一步發(fā)揮九畹溪的旅游資源優(yōu)勢,進一步加大 “九畹絲綿茶”品牌的宣傳推介,提升“九畹絲綿茶”的知 名度和美譽度。另一方面開發(fā)以茶

7、葉為主題的旅游項目,可 以建立茶道茶藝表演館,推出不同風(fēng)格的茶藝表演,提升茶 文化內(nèi)涵;建立茶葉展示廳,搜集多年來“九畹絲綿茶” 的 發(fā)展資料、圖片,對“九畹絲綿茶”茶葉的歷史變遷作一個 全面的展示,體現(xiàn)其深厚的發(fā)展底蘊; 還可以建立加工車間, 游客可以現(xiàn)場采摘鮮葉,當場加工、品嘗,努力讓“九畹絲 綿茶”成為一個旅游產(chǎn)品、文化產(chǎn)品,不斷增強文化內(nèi)涵, 提升綠茶品味和層次,進一步擴大對外影響力。促進了茶業(yè) 和旅游業(yè)的互動融合,帶動全鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)旅游的發(fā)展。進一步拓 寬旅游空間,鼓勵引導(dǎo)周邊群眾大力發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)游。 四、興辦農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作組織,做大做強九畹絲綿茶產(chǎn)業(yè) 積極引導(dǎo)扶持茶農(nóng)組建專業(yè)合作組織,合作

8、社在搞好內(nèi)部管 理,確保協(xié)調(diào)運作的基礎(chǔ)上,積極發(fā)揮經(jīng)濟活動主體作用, 為茶農(nóng)搞好產(chǎn)前、產(chǎn)中、產(chǎn)后各個環(huán)節(jié)的服務(wù)。在周邊及大 城市建立綠茶直銷點,開拓了縣內(nèi)外市場,有效實現(xiàn)了小生 產(chǎn)與大市場的對接。同時,鼓勵引導(dǎo)合作社成員統(tǒng)一茶葉品 牌,嚴格有機茶和綠色、無公害產(chǎn)品等標準化生產(chǎn)和管理, 不斷提高茶葉生產(chǎn)的檔次和水平, 使產(chǎn)品向綠色化、 有機化、 名牌化方向邁進。引導(dǎo)合作社成員積極參與各種農(nóng)博會、茶 博會等品牌創(chuàng)建活動,增強茶葉品牌的市場競爭力。隨著綠 茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷壯大,按照拓展產(chǎn)品外延,延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條的發(fā) 展思路,逐步帶動發(fā)展保健食品、包裝、茶具等與茶葉相關(guān) 產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,真正發(fā)揮茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)化的輻射帶
