(公園)真是很安靜! 我?guī)缀趼牪坏浇稚系能囕v聲,也沒人在大聲叫喊。 1)hardly副詞,意思是“幾乎不”,是個(gè)否定詞。如: Im so tired, I can hardly walk! 我太累了,我?guī)缀踝卟粍?dòng)了。 It was dark. We could hardly see anything. 天黑了,我們幾乎什么也看不到。 2)traffic意思是“交
10、通”。歸納:(1) traffic 用作不可數(shù)名詞。e.g. There is too much traffic on the road. 這條路上行人車輛太多了。There is too much traffic in the street. People are leaving work. 街上交通繁忙,人們正在下班。2I can even hear the birds singing! 我們甚至可以聽到鳥在唱歌。 hear sb doing sth 意為“聽見某人在做某事”;hear sb. do sth. 表示“ 聽見某人做某事”。如: Can you _ in the next ro
11、om?你能聽見隔壁房間有人在唱歌嗎?4Lets walk around the lake, cross the bridge and climb up to Baita. 讓我們繞著湖邊走,然后穿過小橋,登上白塔。 cross意思是“橫過、通過”,相當(dāng)于walk go across。如:cross the road / street橫過馬路,cross the bridge 過橋cross the river 過河e.g. The boy crossed the street himself. 那男孩自己橫穿馬路。聯(lián)想:(1) across常作介詞用,表示“橫穿,穿過”,常與street, r
12、oad, river, bridge連用,指在某一物體表面進(jìn)行從一邊到另一邊的動(dòng)作。cross = go across。e.g. She _ the bridge. 她走過了那座橋。(2) through是指從立體空間穿過。e.g. We _ the door. 我們穿過這幢門。5The air is very clear today, so well see the whole park from up there. 今天空氣非常清新,所以從塔上我們將會(huì)看見整個(gè)公園。 whole意思是“所有的,完整的”,歸納:后面一般只能跟可數(shù)名詞的單數(shù)形式。并位于冠詞、指示代詞、物主代詞及名詞所有格之后。
13、 e.g. The whole class was quiet. 全班都安靜了。 We enjoyed ourselves the whole day. (= We enjoyed ourselves all the day.) 我們整天都玩得很開心。6She asked if I was practicing too much. 她問我是否練得太多。 too much 意為“太多”,在句中修飾前面的動(dòng)詞。如:He drank too much and was ill the next day. 他喝得太多了,第二天就病了。too much還可接不可數(shù)名詞,注意和much too的區(qū)分,muc
14、h too后接形容詞。如:Be careful. There is _ on the road.小心點(diǎn)。路上有很多雨水。 The shoes are _ . 這鞋子簡直太臟了。7. She asked me what was the matter.(注意語序)8. I told her not to worry. She told me to look after myself. 我告訴她不要擔(dān)心。她叫我要照看好自己。 tell sb. not to do sth. 表示“告訴某人不要做某事”;tell sb. to do sth.意為“告訴某人做某事”。She told me _ and _
