I am writing to ask you to consider the matter of easy use of the cinema by disabled customers .In particular, I would like you to con sider the follow ing thin gs

3、:1 Access to the cin ema for people in wheelchairs and those who have difficulty walk ingThere should be lifts to all parts of thecinema including toilets, the ticket office, sweet shop and the theatre itself. The butt ons in the lift should be easy for people in wheelchairs to reach and the lift sh

4、ould be attractive and comfortable. In some cinemas, the lifts are at the back of the cin ema in cold, un attractive areas. This makes disabled people feel they are not as importa nt as other customers.2 Earph ones for people who have trouble heari ng.There should be earph ones beside allseats, not

5、just a few. This will allow hearing-impaired customers to enjoy the company oftheir hearing friends rather than having to sit in a special area.3 Raised seat ing. The seats at the back of the cin ema should be placed higher tha n theones at the front so that every one, whether they are short or tall

6、, can see the scree n easily. There should be a space at the end of each row so that people in wheelchairs can sit beside their frien ds.4 Toilets. There should be toilets for the disabled near the entrances to the cinema. It is not good eno ugh to have only one disabled toilet in the baseme nt a lo

7、ng way from where the movie is show ing.5 Car parking. Of course, there also have to be car parking spaces especially for the disabled and elderly and it should be easy for them to get from the car park to the cin ema.Thank you for reading my letter.
