1、新目標(biāo)英語八年級下unit6:section a 1a-1c說課稿good morning, everyone. im_, im an english teacher from _. today i would like to talk about how to design my teaching plan for the first part of lesson six in book two. my topic is “how long have you been collecting shells?” and it consists of four parts: analysis of
2、 the teaching material, the teaching methods, studying ways and teaching procedures. part one: analysis of the teaching material (i) status and function1. this lesson is the first part of unit 6. so if the ss can learn it well, it will be helpful to make the ss learn the rest of this unit.2. such a
3、topic is related to daily life, so it is helpful to raise learning interests of students and it will be also helpful to improve their spoken english.(ii)analysis of the studentsthe ss have learned english for about a year and half so far. they can understand some words and some simple sentences. and
4、 they have taken great interests in english now. (iii)teaching aims and demands 1. knowledge objects1) students can grasp the usage of the present perfect progressive tense. 2) students can memorize and use the new words, phrases, and sentences. 2. ability objects 1) the students can talk about how
5、long you have been doing things. 2) the students can develop the abilities of listening and speaking.3. moral objects the students can develop the abilities of communication, team spirit and co-operation.(iv)teaching key and difficult points 1. key points: (1). words and expression in this unit.(2).
6、 key structures: how long did sam skate?he skated for four hours. how long have you been skating?ive been skating for five hours.2. difficult points: how to use the present perfect progressive tense.(v) teaching aids multi-media computer, tape recorder, ppt, and school things. part two: the teaching
7、 methods communicative, audio-visual and task-based” teaching method part three: studying ways 1. observation, imitation, practice. 2. individual, pairwork and groupwork. part four: teaching procedures step1. warm-up 1. free talk between t and ss. such as: hi, what time did you sleep? what time did
8、you get up? how long did you sleep last night? what time did you start class today? how long have you been having class today? etc. teaching special features: let the ss communicate with each other and adopt competition methods to develop the ss keen interest in english. step2. presentation 1.give s
9、ome examples by using ppt and flash.2.class exercise: fill in the blanks.3.pair work.purpose of my designing: to present 1a by cai is much easier for the ss to practice sentence structure. cai can provide a real situation with its sound and picture and it makes the relationships between the ss bette
10、r. step3. practice pre-task: learning new words. while-task: listening. (sb page 44,1b-1c) 1.read the instructions and have ss know what to do. play the recording and get ss to fill in the chart.2.play the recording again. correct the answers.in pairs, get the students to ask and answer. then ask so
11、me pairs to say their conversations to the class.purpose of my designing: this step is employed to make the ss get the general idea of the present perfect progressive tense. at the same time let the ss have a chance to practice their listening and spoken ability. step4. production 1. summary.2. play
12、ing games. 3. doing class exercise, etc. purpose of my designing: “task-based” teaching method is used here to develop the ss ability of communication and also their ability of co-operation will be well trained. step5. homework(1)recite the words as many as possible after class. (2)make a dialogue according to 1b and write it in the exercise book. purpose of my designing: i think homework is so important that the ss should speak english as much as they can in class or after class. it is necessary for the ss to do some extensive exercises after class to maintain the knowledge the
