20、稱）聯(lián)合參與“山東大學(xué)院際國(guó)際合作與交流特色項(xiàng)目”資助的項(xiàng)目為依托，建立起的合作關(guān)系。雙方需要共同承擔(dān)相關(guān)義務(wù)。為保證項(xiàng)目的順利開展，建立良好的合作關(guān)系，山東大學(xué)要求所有合作伙伴確認(rèn)此聲明，并遵從以下原則：this cooperative relationship is established based on the “sdu global partnership program” applied by *, shandong university, china and * (partner name). both sides are required to meet their requi

21、site obligations. to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, shandong university requires its partner to acknowledge this declaration by agreeing to the following principles: 1、 在項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)前，合作雙方須明確各自在項(xiàng)目中所承擔(dān)的責(zé)任和義務(wù)。before submitting the applications, both sides must understand their respective obl

22、igations and responsibilities in the proposed project. 2、 雙方就此“工作計(jì)劃書”達(dá)成一致后，由項(xiàng)目所在學(xué)院的院長(zhǎng)和項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行人簽訂此聲明，提交山東大學(xué)。after both sides agree on this project proposal, the dean/head of department related to this project and the project head should sign this declaration and submit it to shandong university. 3、 申請(qǐng)方須

23、與他們的合作伙伴定期保持溝通，保證雙方了解項(xiàng)目的最新進(jìn)展。applicants must consult with their partners regularly in order to ensure that both sides understand the updated progress of the project. 4、年度報(bào)告書中的內(nèi)容在提交山東大學(xué)前，應(yīng)得到所有合作方的認(rèn)可。before the annual report is submitted to shandong university, the content of the report should be agre

24、ed to by all parties. 5、 有關(guān)項(xiàng)目重要變化的書面材料（如活動(dòng)、人員等的變化）在提交山東大學(xué)前，應(yīng)得到所有合作方的同意。如有未通過(guò)的地方，須在提交材料時(shí)明確指出。substantial changes to the project proposal (e.g. activities, partners, etc.) should be agreed on by the partners before being submitted to shandong university. where no such agreement can be reached, the applicant must specify
