1、小學(xué)英語教師個(gè)人三年規(guī)劃龍水三小 程盈盈一、背景分析1、個(gè)人情況:本人走進(jìn)教師這個(gè)崗位已經(jīng)7年,教齡也是7年。工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)雖談不上很豐富,但已經(jīng)能夠理解小學(xué)生的心理發(fā)展需求,在組織課堂教學(xué)中也有了一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。2、小學(xué)英語現(xiàn)狀:雖然現(xiàn)在人們?cè)絹碓街匾曈⒄Z,但由于課時(shí)少,班級(jí)多,班級(jí)學(xué)生質(zhì)量參差不齊,尤其是每年新插入的學(xué)生幾乎是沒有正式上過英語課的,所以在日常英語過程中有一定難度,不一定就能很好的完成預(yù)期的教學(xué)目標(biāo)。二、發(fā)展目標(biāo)指導(dǎo)思想小學(xué)英語課程教學(xué)要求根據(jù)小學(xué)生的生理和心理特點(diǎn)以及發(fā)展需求,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,培養(yǎng)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極態(tài)度,使他們建立初步的學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心;培養(yǎng)一定的語感和良好的

2、語音、語調(diào)基礎(chǔ),使他們形成初步用英語進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單日常交流的能力,為進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)打下基礎(chǔ)??傮w目標(biāo)1、學(xué)生發(fā)展目標(biāo):關(guān)愛一切學(xué)生的發(fā)展和關(guān)注學(xué)生一切的發(fā)展,努力使每個(gè)學(xué)生都能得到良好的發(fā)展,堅(jiān)持“以人為本”原則,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,培養(yǎng)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極態(tài)度,使他們建立初步的學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心。2、個(gè)人發(fā)展目標(biāo):師德是做教師的首要條件,因此首先要培養(yǎng)自己的師德。在下面的幾年里我會(huì)多讀一些師德方面的書籍,用上面的要求去嚴(yán)格要求自己。做一個(gè)有師德的好教師。努力做一個(gè)師德高尚、業(yè)務(wù)過硬的老教師,不斷更新教育理念、培養(yǎng)良好的文化素養(yǎng)、努力使自己成為有科研能力的、創(chuàng)新精神的好老師。并在班級(jí)工作中能夠愈加游刃有

3、余,與學(xué)生共同進(jìn)步,成為一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的班主任。第一階段(20010.92011.6)學(xué)生方面:由于這學(xué)期教的是四、五年級(jí)學(xué)生,重點(diǎn)應(yīng)放在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。學(xué)生對(duì)于自己感興趣的事物,自然會(huì)用更多的時(shí)間鉆研。因此,在教學(xué)中要盡量使用英語,適當(dāng)利用母語;利用直觀教具、動(dòng)作、表情和玩游戲等方法吸引學(xué)生,讓學(xué)生樂于學(xué)習(xí)。進(jìn)行生動(dòng)活潑的開放式的課堂教學(xué),使學(xué)生從愉快的情景中學(xué)到知識(shí),從而提高學(xué)生對(duì)英語科的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,提高了教學(xué)效果。所以要特別注意學(xué)生的興趣的培養(yǎng)。個(gè)人方面:加強(qiáng)理論學(xué)習(xí),多讀教育理論和有關(guān)教育教學(xué)的書籍。認(rèn)真制定教學(xué)計(jì)劃,注重研究教學(xué)理論,認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n和教學(xué),積極組織科組活動(dòng)和集體備課活動(dòng)。

4、第二階段(2011.92012.6)學(xué)生方面:培養(yǎng)一定的語感和良好的語音、語調(diào)基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)一步培養(yǎng)使他們使用英語進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單日常交流的能力,為進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)打下基礎(chǔ).。個(gè)人方面;繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)理論學(xué)習(xí),爭(zhēng)取讓自己的學(xué)生在期末檢測(cè)中能比上學(xué)年有所進(jìn)步。爭(zhēng)取讓自己的學(xué)生在畢業(yè)考試中能取得可喜的成績(jī)。多與青年教師交流,向他們學(xué)習(xí)新的教育理念。加強(qiáng)對(duì)班級(jí)課堂管理,以及對(duì)學(xué)生心理健康的輔導(dǎo),幫助學(xué)生正確認(rèn)識(shí)自我,了解自我,健康成長(zhǎng)。第三階段(2012.92013.6)學(xué)生方面:學(xué)生能夠自覺的學(xué)習(xí)英語,進(jìn)一步培養(yǎng)語感和良好的語音、語調(diào)基礎(chǔ),對(duì)語法有一定了解。個(gè)人方面:繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)理論學(xué)習(xí),爭(zhēng)取讓自己的學(xué)生在畢業(yè)考試中能取得可喜
