5、手架以及已有的提升設備。2.4 施工作業(yè)條件1）、外墻墻體平整度達到要求（水泥砂漿找平），外門窗口安裝完畢，經有關部門檢查驗收合格。2）、門窗邊框與墻體連接應預留出保溫層厚度，縫隙之間分層填塞嚴密，做好門窗表面防護。3）、外墻外表面的雨水管卡、預埋鐵件、設備穿墻管道等提前安裝完畢，并預留出保溫層的厚度。4）、施工用吊藍或腳手架搭設牢固，安全檢驗合格。5）、預制混凝土外墻板縫處應提前處理好。2.5 施工要求氣候條件環(huán)境溫度不得低于5，風力不應大于5級，風速不得大于10m/s。雨季施工時應做好防雨措施。3. 施工過程3.1 基面處理（結構基層處理） 除去所有基面松動空殼部分，填補所有裂縫、凹洞等。

6、基面必須平整清潔，使用水平靠尺以確保平整（每2米內至多5mm的起伏）對于局部平整度較差的基面，應銼去過高的突出物，平整基面，局部使用水泥砂漿找平3.2 外墻飾面為涂料面層的無機保溫施工技術方案及工藝流程：成品保護外墻面基層清理 抹1：2.5水泥砂漿找平層 打耙涂刷界面劑 抹無機砂漿保溫層（15mm時，可以一遍成活；15mm，至少兩遍成活） 抹抗裂砂漿層（抹第一遍抗裂時，同時鋪壓玻纖網，再抹第二遍抗裂）外墻飾面3.3保溫施工工藝流程圖：（涂料飾面）基層墻體處理門窗洞口堵縫、穿墻套管、卡處理吊垂直、套方、彈控制線涂刮界面砂漿用保溫漿料作灰餅、沖筋作口抹第一遍保溫漿料，厚度15抹第二遍保溫漿料, 壓

7、實刮平彈分格線、分格槽涂料飾面施工抹抗裂砂漿、壓耐堿網格布、壓實刮平檢驗平整度驗收4. 施工要點：4.1 材料配制無機保溫砂漿以及相應的保溫砂漿材料現(xiàn)場配制必須嚴格執(zhí)行相關的配制工藝（必須按照我公司技術人員提供的比例進行配置），做到專人定崗、集中攪拌。4.2 基層墻面處理墻面應清理干凈無油漬、浮塵等，舊墻面松動、風化部分應剔鑿干凈。墻表面凸起物10mm應鏟平。4.3 保溫層施工吊垂直、套方、彈控制線、水平通線，套方作口，用無機保溫漿料作標準厚度灰餅沖筋。4.4 涂刷界面劑在墻體表面涂刷界面劑，4.5 無機保溫漿料的施工a.抹無機保溫漿料應每遍施工不應超過15mm，每兩遍間隔應在24h以上。b.

8、后一遍施工厚度要比前一遍施工厚度小。最后一遍厚度控制在10mm左右為宜。c.最后一遍操作時應達到沖筋厚度并用大杠搓平，墻面門窗口平整度達到要求。d.保溫層固化干燥后，方可進行抗裂保護層施工。4.6 抹抗裂砂漿，鋪貼網網格布按墻體尺寸事先裁好。抹抗裂砂漿第一遍時同時鋪壓網格布，要求壓實、平整，隨后抹第二遍抗裂砂漿，以僅覆蓋網格布為宜?？沽褜涌偤穸?-mm。4.7 平整度檢查抹完抗裂砂漿后，應檢查平整、垂直及陰陽角方正，對于不符合要求的進行修補，使完成面達到垂直平整。5. 施工特殊工藝和部位及注意事項5.1 *無機保溫系統(tǒng)抹灰施工中如何吊垂直、套方、彈控制線1）、在頂部墻面固定膨脹螺栓，作為掛先的

9、垂掛點；2）、根據室內三線向室外返出外保溫抹灰厚度控制點，然后固定垂直控制線兩端；3）、復測每層三線到垂直控制通線的距離是否一致，偏差超過20mm找出原因做出相應處理。4）、根據垂直控制通線作垂直方向的灰餅，在根據兩垂直方向灰餅之間的通線，作墻面保溫層厚度控制灰餅，灰餅之間的距離不得超出2m。5.2 *界面劑（sz601）的使用要求現(xiàn)澆混凝土外墻外表面及即有建筑物外墻外表面必須涂刷界面劑。5.3 *無機保溫砂漿施工的一般做法1）、抹無機保溫漿料應至少分兩次施工,當厚度不超過15mm時，可一遍成活，超過15mm時，至少兩遍成活。2）、后一遍施工厚度要比前一遍厚度薄，最后一遍厚度控制在10mm左右

10、為宜。3）、最后一遍操作時應達到沖筋厚度并用大杠刮平，墻面門窗口平整度應達到驗收標準。4）、保溫層充分固化后方可進行下一步施工。5.4 *無機保溫抹灰體系施工時注意事項1）、管道、槽盒上殘存砂漿，應及時清理干凈。2）、翻拆架子應防止破壞以抹好的墻面，其它工種作業(yè)時不得污染或損壞墻面，嚴禁踩踏窗口。3）、各構造層在凝結前應防止水沖、撞擊、振動。4）、應遵守有關安全操作規(guī)程。新工人必須經過技術培訓和安全教育方可上崗。腳手架經安全檢查驗收合格后，方可上人施工，施工時應有防止工具、用具、材料墜落的措施。5.5 特殊部位的處理：1）陰陽角的翻包處理：單層網格布系統(tǒng)應在陰陽角處設加強網，延兩側墻面大于20

11、。加強網格布的接縫為對接，接縫應對齊平整；其翻包包邊寬度不小于1o；6 質量保證措施6.1 質量目標：創(chuàng)建優(yōu)質工程質量方針：遵循建筑業(yè)法律法規(guī),視產品質量為企業(yè)的生命,對施工全過程實施質量控制,持續(xù)改進質量管理體系,為顧客提供滿意的產品和服務,努力把每一項工程建立成同行業(yè)一流產品.6.2 基礎工作按設立專職質檢員和成品保護管理員崗位，建立崗位責任制。6.3 物資檢驗規(guī)定對所有進場的材料組織檢查驗收，建立臺帳。所有進場物資必須隨材料進場提供合格的材質證明、出廠合格證和試驗報告。對進場的物資必須進行標識，按照已經經過檢驗、未經檢驗和經檢驗不合格等三種狀態(tài)進行分各類堆放，嚴格保管，避免用不合格的材料

12、。對不合格物資，堅決要求不準進場，同時要注明處理結果和材料去向。對不合格材料的處理，應建立臺帳。7. 安全保證措施7.1 操作人員上下架子，要有保證人員安全的吊籠、扶梯、爬梯或斜道。7.2 吊、掛腳手架使用的挑梁、梁、吊架、鋼絲繩和其他繩索，使用前要作荷載檢驗，均必須滿足規(guī)定安全系數，升降設備必須有可靠的制動裝置。7.3 必須有良好的防電、避雷裝置，鋼腳手架等均應可靠接地，高于四周建筑物的腳手架應架設避雷裝置。7.4 必須按規(guī)定設剪刀撐和支撐，高于7m的架子必須和建筑物連接牢固，保證架子不搖晃。腳手架上要滿鋪跳板，不得鋪單塊跳板且不得留探頭板，跳板保證有三個支撐點，并綁扎牢固。7.5 在腳手架
