1、4.I.中北大學(xué)外語(yǔ)系畢業(yè)論文文本規(guī)范（2010，12修訂）畢業(yè)論文構(gòu)成部分畢業(yè)論文一般由1.題目頁(yè)（title Page中英文兩頁(yè)）、2. Dedication （optional）、3.致謝、英文摘要（含關(guān)鍵詞）、5.中文摘要（含關(guān)鍵詞）、6.目錄、7.正文、8.參考文獻(xiàn)9.附 （0 ptio nal）等組成。各部分的內(nèi)容與要求分述如下：：16個(gè)單詞題目（Title）:畢業(yè)論文題目要求簡(jiǎn)明扼要，具有概括性。英文不宜超過(guò)（原則上），漢字不宜超過(guò)16個(gè)字。英文題目要打印在論文的專用封面上，專用封面內(nèi)要有英文題目頁(yè)。摘要、關(guān)鍵詞（Abstract; Keywords）:摘要應(yīng)反映論

2、文的全貌（包括概括研究課題 的內(nèi)容、方法和觀點(diǎn)以及所取得的成果和結(jié)論）。字?jǐn)?shù)300個(gè)英文單詞，但不得少于150詞。關(guān)鍵詞以3-5個(gè)為宜，不得少于 3個(gè)。Keywords所包含詞首字母不用 大寫(xiě)（專有名詞除外），詞與詞之間用分號(hào)點(diǎn)開(kāi)，空2格。目錄（Table of Contents）:目標(biāo)標(biāo)題要求層次分明、清晰。標(biāo)題字樣、頁(yè)碼應(yīng)與正文中的標(biāo)題和頁(yè)碼嚴(yán)格一致。目錄按三級(jí)標(biāo)題編寫(xiě)，即I, 1.1, 1.1.1；等。（參見(jiàn)示例1）。正文前頁(yè)碼用小寫(xiě)羅馬數(shù)字 表示。A Sample of Table of Contents :Presentation and Analysis of Data（每個(gè)實(shí)詞首

4、選取本研究（包括各種方法的對(duì)比分析以及采用本方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)）。過(guò)程論述：對(duì)研究過(guò)程進(jìn)行陳述，要求論點(diǎn)公允、論證充分、邏輯性強(qiáng)、層次分明、表達(dá)自然貼切。正文引文（含直接引用和間接引用他人觀點(diǎn)）須表明出處，且與參考文獻(xiàn)嚴(yán)格對(duì)應(yīng)可查。結(jié)果分析：對(duì)研究過(guò)程中所獲主要數(shù)據(jù)或主要現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行定性或定量分析，得出推論 或結(jié)論。結(jié)論或總結(jié)：對(duì)整個(gè)研究工作進(jìn)行歸納整合（包括本課題研究的主要成果、本課題 研究中尚存的問(wèn)題及進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展研究的見(jiàn)解和建議）正文總字?jǐn)?shù)5000字（以英文單詞為準(zhǔn)），但不得低于 4500字。雙學(xué)位學(xué)生與本科 生同等要求。致謝（Acknowledgements ）:簡(jiǎn)述自己饌寫(xiě)畢業(yè)論文的體會(huì)；對(duì)指導(dǎo)教

5、師以及相關(guān)人 員致謝。附錄（Appendix or Appendices）:對(duì)于一些不宜收入正文但作為畢業(yè)論文不可缺少的 組成部分，或有參考價(jià)值的內(nèi)容， 女 0:survey form, in terview questi onn aire, consent letter, etc,可編入附錄中。參考文獻(xiàn)（Bibliography）：參考文獻(xiàn)的引用和著錄應(yīng)符合APA規(guī)范（參見(jiàn)示例2：參8種。引用的考文獻(xiàn)著錄規(guī)范）。文獻(xiàn)條目不得少于15種，其中外文資料不得少于 資料應(yīng)具有權(quán)威性，對(duì)畢業(yè)論文有直接參考價(jià)值。參考文獻(xiàn)排列英文文獻(xiàn)在先，中文文獻(xiàn)在后。參考文獻(xiàn)依首字母按照英文字母表順序排列。參考文獻(xiàn)的著

6、錄及引述格式參見(jiàn)示例二。參考文獻(xiàn)必須與正文中引用一致，嚴(yán)禁弄虛作假，否則論文按不 及格處理。書(shū)名與雜志名斜體，文章名不斜體，且書(shū)名與文章名僅第一個(gè)單詞首字母大寫(xiě)，專有名 詞除外。冒號(hào)后第一個(gè)單詞首字母大寫(xiě)，文章名中作品名第一個(gè)單詞及實(shí)詞首字母大寫(xiě)& 論文正文頁(yè)碼用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字表示，置于頁(yè)面下方中間位置，只打數(shù)字即可，不采用“-8-”或“ 4 of 20”的形式。自論文正文開(kāi)始上標(biāo)頁(yè)眉“中 北大學(xué)XXXX 屆畢業(yè)論文”（黑體，小四號(hào)字體）。雙學(xué)位為“中北大學(xué)XXXX屆英語(yǔ) 雙學(xué)位畢業(yè)論文”（黑體，小四號(hào)字體）。二、畢業(yè)論文格式要求1.論文全文采用 Times New Roman字體：論文題目18號(hào)
