To this end the Con tractor shall:* Comply with all releva nt Nati onal and Local Gover nment Regulati ons* Liase with the Project Man ager and Architect and provide all n ecessary in formatio n to complete the Health and Safety File requireme nts of the CDM* Use only recog ni zed good pract

8、ices and comply with all releva nt In ter nati onal and Nati onal Stan dards, uni ess requireme nts con flict .In such a case, the Architect and Project man ager shall be con sulted as to which docume nts take precede nce* Prepare a program for the executi on of the Works, in cludi ng the desig n de

The Con tractor shall be resp on sible for develop ing and complet ing the desig n in accorda nee with the above Docume nts, tak ing into accou nt any additi onal cr

26、iteria within his specialist kno wledge that he con siders releva nt. The con tractor may propose alter natives for the Architect s review, however, the resp on sibility for the desig n of any adopted alter natives will lie solely with the Con tractor. Also, any soluti onsdescribed on the Architect

27、s draw ings shall not absolve the Con tractorin any way from his responsibility for design and construction of the complete Works. Having developed the desig n and completed the in stallati on, the Con tractor will take full resp on sibility of the en tire Works.Followi ng are the prescriptive requi
