1、法律英語(yǔ)翻譯課程教案（Legal English） 制定單位：法學(xué)院制 定 人：路 廣審 核 人：路 廣編寫時(shí)間：2011年7月10日一、課程信息課程屬性：專業(yè)選修課；學(xué)分：2學(xué)分；學(xué)時(shí)：32學(xué)時(shí)二、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)本課程歷時(shí)一個(gè)學(xué)期，其教學(xué)目的旨在培養(yǎng)和提高學(xué)生在法律領(lǐng)域里應(yīng)用英語(yǔ)的能力。在教師的指導(dǎo)下，學(xué)生通過閱讀一些精選的法律類英語(yǔ)文章掌握法學(xué)基本概念和基本理論以及專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)。在教學(xué)過程中著重于擴(kuò)大學(xué)生的專業(yè)詞匯量，提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)閱讀理解水平。同時(shí)，本課程采用個(gè)人發(fā)言和小組討論等多種形式以增加學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì)，使他們能將專業(yè)知識(shí)與英語(yǔ)知識(shí)很好地結(jié)合，最終具有較強(qiáng)的英語(yǔ)口頭交流能力和翻譯能力。三、
