25、ce the Vessel in drydock at the port of delivery for inspection by81theClassification Society of the Vessel ' s underwater parts below the deepest load line, 82 theextent of the inspection being in accordance with the Classific ation Society ' s rules.83If therudder, propeller, bottom or oth

26、er underwater parts below the deepest load line are 84 foundbroken, damaged or defective so as to affect the Vessel' s class, such defects shall be85madegood at the Sellers ' e xpense to the satisfaction of the Classification Society without86condition/recommendation.* 87賣方應(yīng)在交船港口安排船舶進(jìn)塢，以接受船級

However, the Buyers shall88have the right at their expense to arrange for an underwater inspection by a diver

28、 89 approvedby the Classification Society prior to the delivery of the Vessel. The Sellers shall at90theircost make the Vessel available for such inspection. The extent of the inspection and91theconditions under which it is performed shall be to the satisfaction of the 92 ClassificationSociety. If t

31、rsshall arrange for the Vessel to be drydocked at their expense for inspection by theClassification Societ y of the Vessel ' s underwater parts below the deepest load line, theextent of the inspection being in accordance with the Classification Society' s rules.If therudder, propeller, botto

32、m or other underwater parts below the deepest load line are foundbroken, damaged or defective so as to affect the Vessel' s class, such defects shall bemadegood by the Sellers at their expense to the satisfaction of the Classification Societywithout condition/recommendation*.In such event the Se

35、docking facilities are available at the port of delivery, the Sellers shall take the Vesselto a port where suitable drydocking facilities are available whether within or outsidethedelivery range as per Clause 5b). Once drydocking has taken place the Sellers shall deliverthe Vessel at a port within t

36、he delivery range as per Clause 5b) which shall, for thepurpose of this Clause, become the new port of delivery. In such event the canceling dateprovided for in Clause 5b) shall be extended by the additional time required forthedrydocking and extra steaming, but limited to a maximum of 14 running da

The Buyers shall declare whether they121require the tailshaft to be drawn and surveyed not later than by the completion of the122 inspection by the Classification Society. The drawing a

40、nd refitting of the tailshaft 123shall bearranged by the Sellers. Should any parts of the tailshaft system be condemned or found124defective so as to affect the Vessel ' s class, those parts shall be renewed or made good125atthe Sellers ' expense to the satisfaction of the Classification Soc

52、propeller(s)/propeller blade(s), if any, belonging to the Vessel at the time of inspection used157 or158unused, whether on board or not shall become theBuyers' property, but spares on order are tobeexcluded. Forwarding charges, if any, shall be for the Buyers' account. The Sellers are notreq

53、uired to replace spare parts including spare tail-end shaft(s) and spare propeller(s)/propeller blade(s) which are taken out of spare and used as replacement prior to delivery, but the replaced items shall be the property of the Buyers. The radio installation and navigational equipment shall be incl

54、uded in the sale without extra payment if they are the property of the Sellers.
