30、裝備于加工制造業(yè),應用非常廣泛。近年來,隨著裝備制造業(yè)技術水平的大幅度提高,工件的加工尺寸精度和質量要求也日趨提高,傳統的加工工藝已經不能適應市場經濟條件下的高效率、高質量、多變化的加工要求,數控化加工勢在必行。然而,投資購買全新的大型數控落地鏜銑床不僅投資大而且制造周期長;同時,淘汰現有的大型落地鏜銑床不但浪費巨大,而且以現在的技術水平完全可以使老設備煥發(fā)青春和活力。1、 數控改造的基本原則對機床的機械部分,數控機床和普通機床基本一致的大型基礎性零部件盡量最大可能予以保留和利用。利用現代化的交流數字主軸驅動技術和計算機數控技術對機床的主傳動部分,進給傳動部分,按照全新的數控機床的標準,進行全

31、面徹底的升級改造。選擇世界領先的數控系統和交流伺服電動機,重新設計制造機床電控系統;立柱橫向移動機構更換為可調預緊力的雙小斜齒輪進給箱和高精度斜齒條傳動機構;主軸箱升降機構換裝滾珠絲杠。將原直流主軸電動機驅動系統改為西門子交流數字主軸驅動系統,各進給運動軸加裝光柵尺和旋轉位置編碼器。從而實現機床的數控化、全閉環(huán)控制。并具有自動和手動兩種工作方式,使其達到目前同類機床的先進水平。2、 大型落地鏜銑床的數控化設計及改造項目磨削加工立柱橫向移動用床身(長度12m)、前立柱各導軌面,加工修復立柱滑板;床身鑲裝高精度斜齒條。主軸箱按交流數字主軸驅動系統要求,設計改造主軸變速機構。立柱橫向移動機構更換為可

32、調預緊力的雙小斜齒輪進給箱和高精度斜齒條傳動機構,用交流伺服電動機驅動。立柱橫向運動床身上加裝德國“HEIDEN-HAIN”光柵尺,實現立柱橫向進給運動的全閉環(huán)控制。主軸箱垂直運動機構采用交流伺服電動機驅動,經機械減速裝置和換裝的滾珠絲杠螺母副,帶動主軸箱沿前立柱導軌完成垂直運動。前立柱垂直運動方 向上加裝光柵尺,實現主軸箱垂直進給運動的全閉環(huán)控制。鏜桿軸縱向移動機構采用交流伺服電動機驅動,經機械減速裝置和換裝的滾珠絲杠螺母副,帶動鏜桿軸完成縱向移動。在鏜桿軸直線運動方向上加裝光柵尺,實現鏜桿軸縱向移動的全閉環(huán)控制?;砜v向移動機構采用交流伺服電動機驅動,經機械減速裝置和換裝的滾珠絲杠螺母副,帶動滑枕完成縱向移動。同時,在滑枕縱向直線運動方向上加裝光柵尺,實現滑枕縱向移動的全閉環(huán)控制。工作臺旋轉采用交流伺服電動機驅動,在旋轉工作臺主軸末端加裝旋轉位置編碼器,實現高精度分度定位的全閉環(huán)控制。工作臺縱向移動采用交流伺服 電動機驅動,U軸更換滾珠絲杠兩端支撐軸承,加裝光柵尺,實現U軸的全數控化、全閉環(huán)控制。各運動導軌副的潤滑采用自動集中潤滑站,實現定時、定量、定點自動潤滑。按數控機床標準更換各直線進給軸拖鏈并加裝導軌防護罩及限位保護開關。選用西門子840D 數控系
